With the development of high and new technology, the requirement of damping material is higher and higher. Regardless of the traditional industry, machinery field, or aerospace industry, household appliances, building area, the damping material as environment-friendly functional materials, will be toward the direction of high performance, wide temperature range, intelligent, fine. It has become a research hotspot to research and develop the damping materials with excellent comprehensive performance. Therefore, in-depth study of the various damping mechanism and various formulation factors influence on the damping, rational use of the strengths of various damping mechanism, for the preparation and investigation of a series to meet the actual project "high performance, wide temperature range, wide frequency band and high damping requirements with independent intellectual property rights of new damping materials is very necessary.This paper using the lab-made damping agent BG1115 was prepared with wide temperature range and high damping bromobutyl rubber material, added with S and P damping agent materials is compared, found that BG1115 is a better compatibility with BIIR, comprehensive mechanical properties, damping peak greatly improved and the damping temperature range can be widened obviously could be used as high damping agent; then the amount of BG1115 processing of damping agent effects on performance, wide temperature range and high damping bromobutyl rubber material curing behavior, mechanical properties, aging properties, dynamic mechanical properties and damping behavior, the results show that with the increasing of BG1115 damping agent, Mooney viscosity reducing, the processing performance, scorch time extended and the curing rate decreased, crosslinking density decreased, hardness, modulus at 100% and 300% elongation stress decreased, tensile strength Slightly decreased, the elongation at break increased significantly, aging resistant performance improvement, permanent deformation decreases, dynamic performance study found, non vulcanized rubber and vulcanizate are with the increase of the amount of damping agent, loss modulus and storage can reduce the modulus, loss factor increased, increasing the peak of loss factor, increased from 0.85 to 1.10, increased 30% and the effective damping temperature range tanδ ≥ 0.3 of is composite from 91.4 degrees increased to 109.8 degrees and improve about 18 degrees, peak area with the amount of damping agent increased the increasing trend, from 29.7 percent increased to 43.9 increase by 47.8%.In this paper, the effects of different types and amounts of plasticizer on the properties of BIIR composites were studied. The results showed that different plasticizing agent and BIIR compatibility and the performance influence is also different, which castor oil and BIIR compatibility good, comprehensive performance well. The results show that with plasticizing agent dosage increase and improve the processibility of rubber compound and reduce the modulus, the comprehensive physical and mechanical properties exist optimum dosage 15 phr, comprehensive performance best, damping peak move to lower temperature, but the mobile range is limited, plasticizer from 5phr increased to 25 phr, damping peak area from 32.51 increased to 42.45, increased by 30%.In this paper, the effects of different types and amounts of reinforcing agent on the properties of BIIR composites were studied. The results show that the reinforcing agent particle size is smaller, the reinforcing performance better, but decreased the damping properties, fill strong agent of damping peak corresponding to the temperature has little effect, but on the damping peak high impact larger, and therefore to prepare materials with higher damping properties, should choose the larger particle size of reinforcing agent. With dosage of reinforcing agent increasing, improve the comprehensive properties of the composite, damping peak transition temperature shifts to higher temperature, the maximum damping peak decreases, effective damping temperature range changed little, but the damping peak area significantly reduced, from strengthening agent of 20 phr, increased to 120 phr, damping peak area from 56.93 reduced to 28.56, reduce the 50%. Therefore, in order to meet the physical and mechanical properties of the premise should be reduced as far as possible, reinforcing agent dosage.The effects of different types and amounts of crosslinking agent on the properties of BIIR composites were studied in this paper. The results showed that the dosage of cross-linking agent and accelerant of rubber material processing properties were less affected, but crosslinking density with the dosage increase with increasing. When the dosage of about 1.2 phr comprehensive performance best, with the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent and accelerant, damping properties decreased slightly.Finally this paper in view of the vibration and noise caused by the household electrical appliances do applied research, aiming at the problem of washing machine vibration and development of the high performance damping foot, the maximum amplitude decreased about 60%, resonance speed improve 180rpm; aiming at the foot of refrigeration compressor noise problems develop a compressor vibration, the noise is reduced by an average of 2-3d B.
