Study On Parameter Of Pre-spliting Blasting

The article bases on the predecessors’study in pre-spliting blasting, as well as my participation in a large number of works, which studies the pre-spliting blasting in detail. the paper establishes a theoretical model of rock blasting, that is the rock blasting flexible model, rock blasting fracture model, the rock fractal damage model. which analyses the cracking mechanism of pre-spliting blasting, emphasis on the formation of pre-spliting blasting’s crack width in detail, and brings forward the broken theory in the first time.Through the theoretical analysis and engineering practice, establishing the calculating methods of pre-spliting blasting , paying attention to the issues in the process of implementation. The author has done the jobs as follows:(1) Bringing forward the broken theory of the pre-spliting blasting’s crack width in the first time.(2) Bringing forward formula of line charge with the pre-spliting blasting’s crack width in the first time.(3) Putting forward a set of pre-spliting blasting parameters formula.(4) Analyzing the relationship between the charge, non-coupling coefficient and the drill diameter.(5) Designing a safer initiation network, ascertaining the relationship between the detonators.According to the theoretic analysis and the derived formula, we have carried out a large number of pre-spliting blasting tests and have made good blasting effect in the Jitai expressway, Jilai expressway ,Jinping power plants projects ,...
