In recent years, medical information system is improving increasingly. Digitalmedical information is widely used in clinical diagnosis in hospitals, providing animportant reference for the judgment analysis of the patients’ condition by doctors. How to improve the ductility and service efficiency of the application of medicalinformation, which becomes an important research direction in the application fieldsof the medical information system. In the processing of clinical diagnosis, the doctor usually need to understand thepatient’s historical medical conditions fully to assist in the analysis of the currentcondition of ill health. But the patients’ electronic medical records are quitecomplicated and diversified. According to the data types the inspection records arestored in different medical information databases, scattered and trivial. Traditionaloperation is that doctors need to search for patients’ medical information fromdifferent medical information system, and look up each patient’s electronic medicalrecord. So this part of the work is very time-consuming and tedious. In addition, thereis knowledge generation gap problem when the users whose profession is non-medicalare reading their own electronic medical records information. Medical information hasa lot of medical specialized terms, so the content is too difficult to be understood andread. Therefore we have developed the multidimensional visualization expression forpatients’ medical information. It can be integrated into the various applicationplatforms to implement the multidimensional visual display. And it can perform thecomprehensive description for the patient’s health condition, to achieve the patientdigital information integration. The main innovations of this thesis are as follows:1. Change the traditional way of patient medical information display. LeadMulti-dimensional visualization technology in the medical information system, toexpress the patient’s historical medical information by multidimensional visual statusmessages, so that users can understand the patient’s historical health status intuitivelywithout reading and analyzing the medical reports.2. Implement the information integration function for the different informationsystems. Users getting the patient’s comprehensive medical information quickly onlyneed the patient’s ID. Compared with the traditional single-term database search (different examination and data type need to be searched independently, with thecorresponding medical numbers, etc.), it’s more convenient and speedy;3. Build the structured information objects for the patient informationquantitative expression. The deep information mining technology is adopted to realizethe accurate mining for a variety of types of patient information and compatibility, thehierarchical information structuring and classific storage for patient digitalinformation.4. Implement the multidimensional dynamic intelligent display of patientinformation. Segment the3D human body model according to the hierarchicalsystems of human body. The custom changes of its states highlight the multiaspectinformation of the illness. Provide the intelligent processing for the variousinformations according to the user requirements. This design can be used as an effective tool of computer aided diagnosis, to helpedoctors giving patients health medical projects. It can improve the extension andavailability factor of medical information systems, widen the research direction andteaching field, and effectively extend the value chain of medical information, such astracking the user’s physical examination, health monitoring and so on.
