Inheritance and mining veteran TCM academic thought is to accelerate the development of Chinese medicine, to promote innovation and improve its position in an important way. In addition to the traditional way of inheritance division eaters and documentation, the application of information technology in medicine has been involved in various ranges, which Chinese medicine expert system is an ideal mode of inheritance. Professor Li Saimei is the leader of the third generation of the department. She advocates using classical prescriptions on treatment of Miscellaneous Diseases. Professor Li understands Zhong Jing’s law, and favors to cure all diseases by using Guizhi Tang and its series. In the meantime, a PHD team led by Professor Li joint with doctoral student team of Biomedical Engineering Department of Yanshan University, led by Professor Hong Wenxue, undergoes a school research. Based on medical records and information fusion machine learning principles, they establish a brand new thinking expert system.This paper intends to use the clinical experience of Professor Li Saimei from using of Guizhi Tang and its series, based on organizing the traditional literature medical case together with the concept of complex networks with multi-level knowledge of data mining methods to explore development ideas of veteran traditional Chinese medicine academic.MethodsThis thesis is the first time based on the principle of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram, combining with using Professor Li Saimei’s medical records and documents collected, voice record method to record Professor Li’s teaching on "Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases in Hong Kong comprehensively to conclude the clinical knowledge of Professor Li by using Guizhi Tang and its series.Through collection of Professor Li’s all outpatient medical records of533cases in July2013, and after scanning of exclusion and inclusion criteria,439cases are collected. The data of439cases are put in Excel format typing the background of "object" and "properties" form to establish a database. Through doctoral student team of Biomedical Engineering Department of Yanshan University, led by Professor Hong Wenxue, based on rigorous mathematical theory of formal concept analysis, optimization in the form of background database, generates a visually structural partial-ordered attribute diagram which can show good frequency, relevance, clustering, and factor properties. By the analysis of those diagrams, reveal the knowledge discovery of Professor Li’s experience in using Guizhi Tang and its series on clinical.Based on439medical records generating structural partial-ordered attribute diagram, knowledge discovery range is divided into three parts:1. using gender as "object" divided by two different sexes medical case diagrams, compare the diagrams in order to manage the experience of Professor Li’s prescriptions on gender, and also conclude her general governance principle and method.2. a total of221cases bearing Guizhi Tang and its series are generated into two structural sub-grouped partial-ordered attribute diagrams.
