Part1.Overexpression of Ulk2 improves autophagy in Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Cell Line(A549 and H460)Objectvie To study the effect of overexpression of Ulk2 on the autophagy of non small cell lung cancer cell line.Methods Non small cell lung cancer cell line A549 and H460 were transfected with Ulk2 overexpression plasmid and empty vector, the results of transfected and level of autophagy was measured by western blot.Results After transfected, A549 and H460 overexpressed Ulk2(p<0.05), and the level of LC3 Ⅱ increased(p<0.05), the level of p62 decreased(p<0.05).Conclusions Overexpression of Ulk2 improves autophagy in Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Cell Line(A549 and H460)Part2. Chemosensitivity sensitizes non small cell lung cancer cell lines to cisplatin and etoposide induced cell proliferation inhibition and cisplatin induced apoptosis. The cleaved Caspase 3 and PARP also increased. Overexpression of Ulk2 increases the basal autophagy levels of A549 and H460.Conclusions Overexpression of Ulk2 inhibits non small cell lung cancer proliferation and promotes chemosensitivity...
