The middle cerebral artery:acupuncture left through holes in the arteries in on either side of the brain affected different:(1) the lesion side (right) as MCA to needle acupuncture compared before 10 min, Vd and Vm obvious rise, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).Vd, Vm, the rest of the time point compared with before the needles, no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Vs at various time points compared with before entering the needle had no statistical significance (P> 0.05)(2) the Lesions on the side (left) MCA in the first 10 min compared with acupuncture needle, Vd and Vm obvious rise, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).The rest of the time point compared with before the needles, no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Vs at various time points compared with before entering the needle had no statistical significance (P> 0.05)(3) of bilateral middle cerebral artery PI, RI in each time point compared with before entering the needle, there were no statistical significance (P> 0.05)2. The internal carotid artery:acupuncture through holes in the left internal carotid artery on either side of the effects on the brain is different:(1) the lesion side (right) Vs, Vm internal carotid artery in the needle 10 min compared before and after acupuncture, numerical rise obviously, statistically significant (P< 0.05).The rest of the time point compared with before the needles, no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Vd at various time points compared with before entering the needle had no statistical significance (P> 0.05)(2) the lesions on side (left) of ICA Vs, Vd and Vm at all time points compared with acupuncture in the first 10 min, there were no statistically significant (P> 0.05)(3) of the bilateral internal carotid artery PI, RI in each time point compared with before entering the needle, there were no statistical significance (P> 0.05)3. Before the cerebral artery:acupuncture through hole of lesions in the left (right) and the side (left) of the ACA Vs, Vd and Vm at all time points compared with acupuncture in the first 10 min, although it is a change in values, but no statistical significance (P> 0.05).The anteromedial brain artery PI, RI in each time point compared with before entering the needle, there were no statistical significance (P> 0.05).4. The posterior cerebral artery:acupuncture access hole in the left to bilateral PCA Vs, Vd and Vm at all time points compared with acupuncture in the first 10 min, although it is a change in values, but without statistical significance.Bilateral posterior cerebral artery PI, RI in each time point compared with before entering the needle, there were no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. The patients with cerebral thrombosis cerebral arteriosclerosis sex, acupuncture on the left side of the through hole can make the lesion side (right) in the MCA of Vd, Vm numerical row needle, has a positive role in regulating, and for compensatory side (left) in the needles of Vd, Vm, exist positive cumulative effect, tip in the brain artery of patients with cerebral thrombosis cerebral arteriosclerosis sex, can choose the hole improve brain circulation.2. The patients with cerebral thrombosis cerebral arteriosclerosis sex, acupuncture on the left side of the through hole can make side (right) of the internal carotid artery lesions Vs, Vm values increase after the needle, has a positive cumulative effect, and for compensatory side (left) of the internal carotid artery hemodynamics had no effect.3. The needle on the left side of the through hole did not cause the both sides of the brain artery before and after arterial blood flow dynamic change.4. Acupuncture on the left side of the through hole in compliance and contraction of blood vessels of the brain function not seen obvious influence.
