The Effect Of Evaluation Research On Treatment Of Metabolic Syndrome Through The Main And Collateral Channels Modulating Mechanism

Purpose : According to the clinical treatment of metabolic syndrome through the main and collateral channels modulating mechanism, explore the mechanism of action of main and collateral channels modulating mechanism,in order to offer reliable clinical evidence for main and collateral channels modulating mechanism.Methods: We select patients with the metabolic syndrome as the research object, classification of traditional Chinese medicine as "spleen lost health luck",we selected 60 cases, divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases in each group, all patients were accepted foundation treatment,we adopted main collateral channels modulating mechanism with Atractylodes Macrocephala,30 minutes once. Contrast group adopted traditional Chinese medicine Atractylodes Macrocephala with per os, 6g once, three times a day, ten days for a period of treatment. the treatment of 6 courses, a total of 60 days. before the treatment and after the treatment, we should comment body weight, waist circumference, BMI, fat, waist-hip ratio, blood sugar, blood fat, fat factor hemerin, high-sensitivity c-reactive protein, leptin and leptin receptor, tumor necrosis factor –α, we use traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral scale to evaluate two groups of cases before the treatment and after the treatment.Result: Before the treatment and after the treatment, compare body weight, BMI, waist circumference, girth than, fat percentage in the group(before the treatment and after the treatment of the two groups), P<0. 05, there was significant difference. It hints two groups of body weight, BMI, waist circumference, girth than compared were dropped before treatment, fat percentage has no obvious change. Compare average systolic blood pressure and average diastolic blood pressure, P<0. 05, there was significant difference, compare in the group(after the treatment of the two groups), P > 0. 05, there was no significant difference, it hints two groups ofblood pressure were dropped before treatment, And two groups of similar degree of decline. Total effective rate of body tired is 91.1%, total effective rate of abdominal distention after eating is 93.3%, total effective rate of sugar is 92.3%, Total effective rate of exhausted and no talk is 84.2%, total effective rate of Pale tongue with teeth marks is 93.3%. compare with treatment group,all items have severe differences, P <0. 05.It hints treatment group is better than comparison group on symptom(body tired、distention after eating、exhausted and no talk、Pale tongue with teeth marks). symptoms before and after the treatment results show that the total integral comparison treatment, comparison between the two groups,P<0. 05, there are significant difference. It hints treatment group is better than comparison group on symptoms. Compare symptom total score between random visiting group and treatment group, P<0. 05, there was significant difference. compare in two Groups(random visiting) P<0. 05, there was significant difference. Treatment group Total effective rate is 90.0%, comparison group Total effective rate is 66.7%, P<0. 05, there are significant difference, the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than comparison group. Compare TNF-α、hs-CRP of two groups, compare in the group(before the treatment and after the treatment) P<0. 05, there was significant difference, compare in the group( after the treatment), P > 0. 05, there was no significant difference, it hints two groups of TNF-α、hs-CRP were dropped before treatment, And treatment group dropped obviously. Sixty patients of two groups had no adverse reactions, such as, manipulation damage、acupuncture site infection、cupping burn、fear of injection, it had no drug allergy of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: 1、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has significant metabolic syndrome in patients with weight, reduce waist circumference, BMI, waist ratio, fat percentage, it has better effect on reducing fat, weight、waist circumference, BMI, waist ratio dropped obviously, it is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine group. 2、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has the remarkable effect of lowering blood pressure in patients with metabolic syndrome, it also has a better antihypertensive effect. 3、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can decrease patients with metabolic syndromeobviously TC、TG、LDL-C,increase HDL-C,it has a good cholesterol-lowering effect,on dropping TG level, it is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine group. 4、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can reduce the FBG、HOMA-IR level of metabolic syndrome significantly, it has the function of the hypoglycemic and improve insulin resistance,on HOMA-IR changing level, it is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine group. 5、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can reduce the metabolic syndrome in patients with inflammatory cytokines in serum TNF alpha, CRP levels obviously, it has better curative effect of inhibiting the inflammatory response and improve insulin resistance, it is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine group. 6、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can improve metabolic syndrome in patients with serum LP, Ob- R, chemerin level,it has better regulate sugar and fat metabolism function,the chemerin dropping level is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine group. 7、The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can cure metabolic syndrome very well, especially on general curative effect, main symptoms of change long term effect is better than only using traditional Chinese medicine group. 8、Mechanism action of The main and collateral channels modulating mechanism: we use main and collateral channels modulating mechanism to reduce weight、BMI、waist、waist ratio and blood fat and improve central obesity, by cutting chemerin levels in the blood, Improve the level of leptin receptor, Reduce the fat cells release of leptin and(TNF-α、hs-CRP), ease low systemic inflammatory reaction condition, improve insulin resistance, improve the metabolic syndrome.
