Part I:The espression of EGFL7, OPN and PGE2associated with recurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinomaObjective:in patients with liver cancer, tumor invasion, metastasis and recurrence is the most common cause of death, so the factors associated with the treatment of liver cancer and prognosis judgment is very important. Generally clinical diagnosis of liver cancer is the most commonly used serological markers of AFP and some specific liver enzymes, of course, physical examination and imaging technology support. Good serum markers have the function of the convenient screening and early diagnosis, can significantly improve the prognosis. Methods:we conducted a retrospective cohort study, analyzed the90cases with a single or more patients with cirrhosis of liver cancer. We adopt the method of ELISA to detect their EGFL7, OPN and PGE2levels.Results:in patients with liver cancer the levels of these factors have significant difference compared with healthy people. In patients with HCC patients EGFL7, OPN and PGE2levels are:132.11pg/L,11.77ng/mL,179.37pg/mL, the data significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers EGFL7, OPN and PGE2levels, respectively is:23.03pg/mL,2.31ng/mL,47.36pg/mL.Conclusion:EGFL7, OPN and PGE2can be used for screening and monitoring the occurrence of liver cancer in high-risk groups, and will improve the prognosis of these patients. Part Ⅱ:Value of DWI combined with peripheral serum tumor markers in the early diagnosis of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinomaObjective:To study the value of DWI combined with peripheral serum tumor markers in the postoperative recurrence and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:116cases of postoperative metastasis and recurrence of the medical records of all patients based on clinical manifestations, by the Diffusion-Weighted Imaging,(DWI), tumor markers, and various laboratory parameters to check, after surgery or needle biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. The patients underwent the chemiluminescence detection of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), alpha-fetoprotein heterogeneity (AFP-L3), cancer-associated antigen (CA125, and CA199), Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)level and DWI, and AFP>1210ng/L was selected. To obtain data for statistical analysis. Results:Peripheral serum tumor markers in serum AFP-L3, and CA199of CA125, CEA the sensitivity and specificity with increasing nodule but increased to improve the most obvious for the joint detection of four tumor markers, The DWI results with4tumor markers parameters combination,The sensitivity, specificity can be increased to98.4%and95.0%.Conclusion:DWI combinedwith tumor markers in a reasonable comprehensive utilization of metastasis and recurrence monitoring hepatectomy for HCC after surgery to assess the efficacy and track the review to provide a new way.
