The Research Of The Prescription Rule And Dialectical Way Of Thinking Of Doctor Zhaowei Shan’s Cream Formula

Object:In this study, Doctor Zhaowei Shan’s cream formula’s academic idea and clinical experience is summarized by the rule of Chinese medicine in treating and Dialectical way of thinking. This study is guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, based on clinical practice, highlight the advantages of cream formula and treatment, inherited of the famous TCM doctor’s academic thoughts, to improve the clinical effects of cream formula differentiation in TCM.Method:Select the cream formula patient who was saw the doctor to the Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM Zhaowei Shan doctor’s Hall of famous doctor outpatient department, since 2014.5-2015.2. According to the syndrome differentiation, patient was divide in two parts. Based on virtual:deficiency of vital energy, blood, yin, yang; Viscera deficiency syndrome, caused by virtual reality:clip dampness, clip heat, clip phlegm, clip stasis, clip qi stagnation, clip cold, clip wind. All analyses were conducted using SPSS version 19.0. Medication frequency would be analyzed and the result of each group would be count. Zhaowei Shan doctor’s cream formula’s academic idea and clinical experience would be summarized.Result: ① Cream formula patient age range was:the men at the age of 40-69, Women in 30 to 59 years old, the percentage is 75.4%,74.4%.② The syndrome of deficiency syndrome were deficiency of vital energy(46.5%), deficiency of yin(34%); More men than women of qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome, more women than men of blood deficiency syndrome; most of viscera syndrome were deficiency of spleen and stomach (36%), next was deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin(28%); deficiency of spleen and stomach, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, lung-kidney Yin deficiency were more in male patients than female; incoordination between the liver and the spleen and heart-spleen deficiency were more in female. ③Most of the Sthenic syndromes were clip dampness(32.5%), clip heat(27.5%); and male is more than female; Clip phlegm, clip stasis were more in female.④ Cream formula clinical common disease mainly include chronic atrophic gastritis, hypertension, chronic superficial gastritis, waist pain, diarrhea, constipation, diabetes, cough, erosive gastritis, a total of 91 kinds of diseases.④ In doctor Shan’s cream formula, commonyam rhizome, radix rehmanniae recen, prepared rehmannia root, roasted rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, dipsacus root, herba taxilli, Eucommia ulmoides, cornus, astragalus membranaceus’s medication frequency is highest(usage rate≥ 60%). Ligustrum lucidum ait, poria cocos, herba eclipta and 24 kinds of medicine were medium frequency medicine (usage rate was:40%-60%). Low frequency medicine had 229 kinds, and its usage rate was:20%-40%.Conclusion:① Judging from the patients’age of the cream formula outpatient department, Men over 40 years old, female 30 or older began to kidney recession, decline of vital qi, the body function decline, qi and blood, yin and yang to be not harmonious, pathogenic rate also rose. Because of this,30-69-years old patient distribution degree is higher, more suitable for paste filling. ②It was found by men and women differentiation syndrome were analyzed, more of the deficiency of vital energy, deficiency of yin, deficiency of spleen and stomach, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, lung-kidney yin deficiency, clip dampness, clip heat, were male patients. Most of the deficiency of blood, incoordination,between the liver and the spleen, heart-spleen deficiency, clip stasis, clip qi stagnation was female patient. Briefly describes the reason for this is that, "man in kidney, for congenital, woman is innate in liver" and "Men like alcohol and tobacco, woman easy to angry". ③Characteristic of the Doctor Zhaowei Shan’s cream formula’s particular interrogation, tongue and veins were both participated, differentiation of syndromes and differentiation of disease were attended, the primary and the secondary were clear, variations of treatment with season, environment and individuality. Medication feature is established the main party and secondary party, prescription is brisk, ingredients is not partial, doses is moderate, basis of the notifying spleen and kidney, differentiation of syndromes and differentiation of disease were combined the character, harmonization of the yin and yang, recuperate of the body, supporting healthy qi and dispelling pathogenic factors.
