It mainly uses documentary analysis including the analysis and comparison of modern and ancient documentaries between traditional Chinese medicine documentary and Buddhist medicine.FindingsFrom the point of view of physiology and pathology, both the traditional Chinese medicine and the Buddhist medicine are focused on the psychosomatic relationship. So we will analyze thesimilarities and differences between the traditional Chinese medicine and the Buddhist medicine based on the view of psychosomatic relationship. The Buddhist medicine that is based on the Buddhist teaching and the life view of traditional Chinese medicine are the basis of the psychology thought. At first, the paper will compare the Buddhist medicine and the life view of the traditional Chinese medicine. The comparison of the view of life is started from the view of life type, view of life origin and the view of life process. From the comparison, it is found from the category of life, heart is the important standard to divided different types of species based on Huangdi Neijin and Buddhism.Animals are self-conscious, plants are self-conscious, emotional beings are self-conscious, non-emotional beings are unconscious. However, the description of life species in Huangdi Neijin and Buddhist is still different. From the perspective of the origin of life, Huangdi Neijin and Buddhism have explicitly points out that the essence of the father and the mother’s blood and the parents’ essence are important to the born of life. The difference of them is that the Buddhism strengthens the important influence that Alaya-consciousness has on the life born. Both the traditional Chinese medicine and Buddhism medicine think, with the passage of time, life will be empty and gloom. The difference of description about life process in Huangdi Neijin and Buddhism medicine is that the Buddhist think life is everlasting. On the basis of comparing the Buddhism medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine, this paper focuses on the two aspects of physiology and pathology of Buddhism and teaching medicine. The comparison of physiological view mainly discusses thecharacteristics and the relationship between the individual psychology and the body.By comparison, the similarities of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine –the view of heart and the five khandas Buddhist medicine psychosomatic concept will be showed. First, both the traditional Chinese medicine and the Buddhism medicine think life contains two aspects that is body and mind. The traditional Chinese medicine called shape and spirit, the Buddhist medicine said yun, shou, want and knowledge accumulate. Buddhist scriptures sometimes also uses form and spirit in the title to describe the life. Both of them believe that every life produced by the essence of father and the blood of mother. They think that body is the foundation for the heart. TCM believes that God, soul, soul, idea and ambition is established on the basis of the functional activities of five internal organs, blood gas, Rong Wei and Buddhist medicine think by Yun, Yun, sankhara is started on the basis of yun, knowledge accumulation to color Yun.Chinese medicine-the view of heart and the Buddhism medicine five skandhas are psychosomatic concept, the difference is that in heart connotation, types and origins of interpretation are different in view of Chinese medicine and Buddhism psychosomatic medicine medical physiology, Chinese medicine "spirit" meaning is covered in body and mind, this point and Buddhist medicine has great difference, the Buddhism medicine by Yun, Yun, Yun, general four Yun Yun, general eye, ear consciousness, nose consciousness, mouth, body awareness, consciousness and so on six cognition refers only to the heart, and body color Yun in the connotations of completely different. The difference of the view of heart and the five khandas Buddhist medicine psychosomatic concept is in heart connotation, types and origins of interpretation in the view of TCM and Buddhism psychosomatic medicine. In the traditional Chinese medicine, the meaning of spirit is covered in body and mind. It has great difference with Buddhist medicine. The Buddhist four Yun and general eye, ear consciousness, nose consciousness, mouth, body awareness, consciousness and so on six cognition refers only to the heart are totally different from the body color yun in the connotation. As for the kinds of heart, besides the Five God theory and Seven Emotions theory put forward by TCM, the Buddhist medicine put forward the Eight Said. About the origin of heart, TCM believes that the combination of Yin and Yang produce spirit. The Buddhist medicine metaphor the five skandhas of body and mind as house, the main house is the knowledge. Those five akandhas are physical and mental general membership conditions. They hold different view about the psychosomatic relationship, TCM believes that spirit, soul, ambition is the theory based on blood, camp, pulse and gas.Buddhism medicine believes that every heart started from the body, they will operate in parallel. And knowledge accumulates;accumulate in the fall of sleep without dream collapsed, and other five kinds of circumstances is not exist. After these five kinds of circumstance disappear, they will work again. The main difference with TCM is that the heart of every life is neither dying nor born. Chinese medicine –the view of heart and the five khandas Buddhist medicine psychosomatic concept have different understanding of the interpretation of the master-slave relationship. TCM believes that the relationship between the bodyand the spirit is the material and spirit relationship in essences. The body is the first, the spirit is the second. But from spirit as the dominant perspective of life activities, spirit in the relationship of form and spirit occupies the dominant position that is spirit shaped. The Buddhism medicine believes that in psychosomatic medicine, the domination of heart is very important. The Buddhist three realms idealism theory has clearly expressed. The comparison of physiological view mainly discusses the similarities and differences between psychosomatic disease etiology and diagnosis.By comparison, we found that the TCM and Buddhism medicine etiology view has the following similarities: both of them emphasize the main function of psychological factors in causing the body disease. It has the intrinsic qualities of psychosomatic medicine etiology view. Besides, the Buddhist medicine stressed the form of the causes of disease is the four big disharmony, which is similar with the TCM theory- Yin Yang and five elements theory. To some extent, both of them treat the body’s disease from the Angle of whole and form. Both of them emphasize the desire is the main cause of the disease. The main difference of TCM and Buddhism medicine in psychosomatic medicine is that TCM emphasizes the physiological lesion at the same time, also think body abnormalities may also lead to the change of the psychological aspect, but the Buddhist medicine has no such detail instruction. The Karma of mental disease is unique psychosomatic medicine which is the Buddhist medicine different from the TCM.Found by comparison, Buddhism medicinal psychosomatic medicine diagnosis and treatment and TCM have following similarities anddifferences. In the terms of psychosomatic disease diagnosis, both of them emphasize the psychological factors. The difference is that the psychological and social factors that are narrative in TCM is more specific than that in Buddhism medicine during diagnosis.Psychosomatic disease diagnosis method of TCM is clearer than Buddhist medicine. In the treatment of psychosomatic disease, TCM treat the spirit first, Buddhism medicine treat heart by heart. Both of them emphasize the psychological factors. The difference is that the theory of medical treatment theory of heart in Buddhism medicine is more widespread and specific than that in TCM. In addition, both the TCM and Buddhism medicine use healing spell. It seems that Buddhism medicine does not have similar treatment of using drugs to treat psychological disorders of psychological abnormality.ConclusionFrom the historical perspective, TCM and Buddhism medicine have deep cultural root. In long history, the two have been of the mutual influence and reference. From the perspective of psychosomatic medicine, physiology and pathology, medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and Buddhism have in common is their focus on psychosomatic relationship, pay attention to the heart function, but because of various reasons, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the theory research, clinical diagnosis and treatment, disease prevention, health care, and with the diagnosis and treatment of body and mind at the same time. Mental adjustment did not get enough attention; the life itself and the physiological and psychological coexistence of both traits are not symmetrical. Psychological factors, such as psychological stress, and depression in lead body lesions and bothphysically and mentally bitter medicine and the humanities phenomenon, the growing number of times background, stand in view of dialectical materialism academic point of view, we can draw lessons from theory and method of the psychological, mental illness and psychological treatment of the disease of the Buddhism medicine, psychological and social life are really been put into the ontology of traditional Chinese medicine research, it can open a new perspective in the study of traditional Chinese medicine. "Dualism" is the philosophical foundation of the Buddhism medicine, and the Buddhist medicine emphasizes treat the body and spirit at the same time, treat heart as dominated one. Standing in the point of view of mind body dualism, mining, finishing the psychosomatic theory in ancient TCM books, including Buddhist medicine, multiple disciplines of medicine psychosomatic medicine absorption, in order to adapt to the modern medicine on the trend of theory integration, and reconstruct TCM physiological pathology theory system based on the theory of paying equal attention on mind and body the idea of paying equal attention on body and mind will be in the process of traditional dialectical treatment.
