The academic thoughts and technical expertise of the Guangxi famous old Chuang Medicine are Systemic excavated, arranged and inherited, which is not only to rescue, save and inherit their valuable experience, but also to cultivate the high level of national medical talents with the characteristics of the school and technical expertise. Professor Huang Han-ru is the main founder and academic leader of the Chuang medicine. During fifty years of clinical work and researching on the Chuang medicine, he has formed his own distinctive academic ideas and unique diagnosis and treatment technology, and accumulated wealthy clinical experience. "HuoLu disease"ConclusionProfessor Huang Han-ru has his own distinctive academic views and unique diagnosis and treatment technology.Part 3 Clinical study on treatment of gout from the angle of damp toxin of Chuang MedicineObjectiveBased on professor Huang Han-ru’s academic thoughts and experiences of gout, Using self-made Tadehagi Triquetrum Qushi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of gout for clinical research, aim to make the experience of Professor Huang’s can be inheritance and innovation.Methods60 participants with gout were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 30 cases. The participants in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium dual release enteric-coated capsules and other drugs, while the treatment group were given Tadehagi Triquetrum Qushi Jiedu Decoction. Before and after treatment, data include TCM Syndrome score, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score and biochemical indexes including serum uric acid(SUA), c-reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR). safety index were used to evaluate Tadehagi Triquetrum Qushi Jiedu Decoction’s clinical effect.ResultsBecause of adverse drug reaction, two participants in the control group dropped out. ①Impact on biochemical indexes:after treatment, SUA of treatment group had significant improvement than before (P<0.01), when compared with the control group the improvement effect was more obvious(P<0.01); The CRP of treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than before. (P<0.05), the two groups of anti-inflammatory effects were equal (P>0.05); ESR of treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than before (P<0.01), and obviosly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01).② Effect on symptoms and signs:after treatment, pain VAS score、arthritis score and the knee functionscore in treatment group were significantly lower than before (P<0.01). The control group was better than the treatment group in relieving pain(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the improvement of arthritis score and the knee function score(P>0.05). Joint swelling index of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);After treatment, TCM syndrome scorehad significant difference than before (P<0.01);The improvement oftreatment group was obviously better than control group(P<0.01). ③Total effect rate of treatment group was 93.3%, while control group was 82.1%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), But the combined effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group by Ridict analysis(P<0.01).④The treatment group were safety since no one has adverse drug reactions, which was significantly better than the control group.ConelusionThe two groups have the similar effect in improving the symptoms and signs of gout, and the treatment group can reduce uric acid significantly. The clinical application showed that Tadehagi Triquetrum Jiedu Qushi Decoction can avoid western medicine’s adverse reactions, and can effectively improve clinical symptom remission rate. |
