At the end of the 17th century, Gender linguistics has become the main object of linguistics study. In early 20th century, Rick Reeve· Greider pointed out research mode of 《lady and women’s characteristics of language format". After 1970s, scholars have added the significance of gender to linguistics; begin to make the language of gender studies as their research object. After 1980s, the studies of gender language became more and more popular all around the world, and the research areas involved in the realms of sociology, psychology, culturology, anthropology and so on. In Kazakhstan, Shokan Ualihanov studied Kazakh and Kyrgyz nation’s legends, customs, language of religion; Y.Altynsarin studied "Orynbor regional Kazakh national burial customs"; Ybyrai studied the purposes of Kazakh national custom.This study based on the theories of theoretical psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, gender linguistics, language typology, cultural linguistics. This study describes the Kazakh gender language pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and text in details, and contrast it with the gender of Chinese language, generalizes the usage mode of gender language, analyzes the existence of gender language ethnic factors and cultural practices, exploring the evolution and formative factor of gender language.The significance of this study lies in:1, the usage of psychological and physiological theories, discovering and exploring the difference of gender language between on psychological language and physiological language, providing strong and ample evidence for language linguistic and cultural linguistics research.2, from the point of gender language, a detailed description of the characteristics of Kazakhstan language pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and rhetoric.3, by comparing the gender language studies and language type of analysis which lasts exploring the evolution of language and social groups, as well as social and cultural study of language users.According to the theory of linguistics characteristics and studies of Kazakh gender linguistics, research has focused on the characteristics of wording between men and women, highlighting the Kazakh language in terms of the characteristics on female customs areas, as well as analysis of the social, cultural and physiological factors of female vocabulary. The contents of this study are as follows:1. Kazakh language gender differences in phonetics performance, describing men and women in terms of quality, speed, pitch and range, pronounced form, hearing a voice, intonation and other changes in the way there are gender differences in the phenomenon. Focuses on the Kazakh language h phoneme pronunciation exist gender differences.2. Discusses the use of gender differences in emotional words, interjections, modal, curse words, vulgar language and curse words, color words, euphemisms, inviting language, personal pronouns and so on. The study found that in female speech frequency occurrence of interjection is higher than men. In the Kazakh language, abusive language with the "father" and "Grandpa" is used a lot, and in terms of the use and abuse is as common as with the "mother".3. By comparison of Chinese-Kazakh appellation words, Kazakh and Chinese relatives appellations are a lot of similarities. The differences are:in Kazakh language, woman and man uses a same name for their couple’s father and mother "(?)", and in Kazakh language when describing a girl is beautiful, uses gender words; but when calling a girl or a woman, using relatives appellations words is more than using Gender words.4. Elaborated the grammar differences on Chinese-Kazakh two languages,with emphasis on the description of the difference between the use of Kazakh language sentence gender language. Mainly as follows:men express their emotions with the statement of discourse,rhetoric question words are very rare. As Ms. Terms among rhetorically-due to the different types of questions the purpose of its special and more communicative among rhetorically Ms. Terms apply more widely. The parenthesis mark Kazakh language is the main language of sex, "noun+me"to form,(?) words and verbs ending constituted ’Come on!((?))", "What ((?))",etc. Parenthesis more for women. Its main function has three aspects:Firstly,represents someone’s attention, and the second:that the prevailing mood,third:You can give their assessment of the feature. The male speech intonation different purposes in accordance with the use, if the requirements of serious verbal command for the purpose will be used to impose the tone, if discussed, pleading,desire, etc. The purpose of using relatively low-key tone,then speak.5. About the choice of topics, style of discourse,discourse volume, etc.,also have significant differences,men’s and women’s interested topic is different. Family is the most familiar topic for women. Men are easy political, scientific and technical topics, this make a big difference with the topic of men and women.6. From the perspective of philology, analysis and comparison of the Chinese-Kazakh language’s marked gender word. In Kazakh language words the " man/men" synonyms and phrases are very broad, the words and phrases about family unity and harmony are always related to the woman, the status and role of women in the family are very critical and attentional, such as:loyalty, humility,great and so on.7. Studying Chinese-Kazakh name and gender differences and cultural connotations,helps us on comprehensively understanding the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western cultures on traditional customs using by men and women, to promote mutual understanding for between Chinese and Kazakh nations, on deepening cultural exchange between East and West has a positive meaning.Shortcomings:1. The national customs education and research in gender language is not comprehensive enough, analysis of gender language on psychology, sociology, ethnology is more subjective.2. Analysis about Taboo words and custom characteristics between men and women in Kazakh language is not comprehensive enough.
