The Study On Lenin’s Imperialism Theory And The Contemporary Value

In the first chapter, scientific theory of Lenin was systematically discussed involving the nature of imperialism, characteristics, form, movement and developmental trend of scientific theory of Lenin, starting from the standpoint of Marxism and combinating with the social, historical, political and economic background of Lenin era. The author argues that Lenin made a comprehensive and systematically scientific analysis of imperialism, analyzed the essence of imperialism,(five) characteristics and basic contradictions, revealed the regulation of imperialistic formation, development and extinction, and fully demonstrated that the imperialism is monopolistic, decadent and moribund capitalism, which is the eve of the socialism revolution, and radically critiqued Kautsky’s fallacies about imperialism which was dispersed.In the second chapter,Lenin’s theoretical value of imperialism, historical contribution and historical status of modern were explained. The author adheres to basic principle of Lenin’s imperialism theory, and combines it with the contemporary characteristics and the concrete practice in order to explore the enrichment and development of Marxist theory on capitalism and imperialism theory, to understand the new changes of contemporary capitalism, and to strive for new climax of socialism movement, thereby, the author thinks that the theory of imperialism founded by Lenin is the foundation and core of the Leninism, and it is also the new development of Marxism concerning the doctrine of capitalism and scientific socialist theory. Because Lenin’s theory of imperialism creatively solved the new issue proposed by capitalist about new phase into the scientific socialism, and laid a theoretical foundation for revealing the nature, characteristics, main content of new historical era and the developmental direction, and for developing political strategy and tactics for the proletariat in the new historical period. Thus, Lenin’s theory of imperialism is identified with the following historical significance and modern value:Lenin’s theory of imperialism is the great achievement in Imperialism and proletarian revolutional times. The theory is with time characteristics that has been changing. The current global economic crisis proved the correctness of prospective, epochal character, accuracy and truth about Lenin’s theory of imperialism functioning as the thought weapon and practical tools for us to retrospect and conquer the global financial crisis and to strive for proletarian revolutionary struggle and practices of socialist construction. The contemporary capitalism and socialism has experienced tremendous change, but Lenin’s theory of imperialism still shines the light of the scientific truth, guideing the great journey of proletarian revolution and practices of socialist construction. Therefore, it provides scientific theories and effective methodology for our study of contemporary capitalism and imperialism.In the wake of the rapid development of globalization, informatization and revolution of science and technology, we should use objective, historical and developmental perspective to understand Lenin’s theory of imperialism scientific and foresight.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter, the author advocates following Lenin to talk and also to continue talking about it which takes Lenin’s theory of imperialism as the ideological weapon and the new criticism of contemporary imperialism, to reveal the essence and characteristics of contemporary imperialism and to display the regularity of movement of contemporary imperialism and its developmental trend. Facing the new situation, especially the current world political and economical reality, we should take Lenin’s imperialism theory as a guide to further understanding contemporary imperialism and deepen the understanding of the essence, characteristics and forms of the contemporary imperialism,(Financial imperialism, Cultural imperialism like media imperialism, the Internet imperialism, as well as the "American style " and "new imperialism" in military field). The article tries to analyze evidently and theoreticaly construct the new developmenp and new pattern of contemporary imperialism, proposing and explain systematically a set of theoretical standard and conceptual framework about contemporary imperialism.This paper attempts to systematically and thoroughly discusse and hackle the Lenin’s theories of imperialism concerning the formation and the end of imperialism epoch, the definition and chaging ecnomical foundamental of contemparary capitalism, as well as its developmental enviroment trend. This discussion would allow us to recognize the stablized nature(essence and characteristics) of contemparary capitalism with the globliazation. Particularly the Japanese and american imperialism established a new alliance after World War Ⅱ,formulating the new imperialism which we cannot neglect to triumph over it.(All imperialism is a paper tiger--Mao Zedong).In the fifth chapter, The modern value of reseaching Lenin’s imperialism is that we could treat it as ideological weapon to find a guidance for China to deal with the challenge of new imperialism actively and effectively, so that China could provide new strategy and take new measures for the political, ecnomical safety and cultural construction. The ultimate purpose of study on The" new imperialism" is to safeguard the interests of the state, and warn the people in the new environment of reforming and opening and globalization how to protect the rights and interests of the survival and development in domestic, and makes necessary discourse abroad. This chapter firstly straighten out the innovation and practic of Chinese leaders of four generations on Lenin’s theory imperialism, the main contents of which includes the theory put forward against imperialism and the theory of the Third World and independence from Mao Zedong, coupled with the theory by Deng Xiaoping on preventing the plot of peaceful evolution among the imperialist. Except those mentioned above, Jiang Zemin proposed that the theme of peace and development remains the core in current society, however,the imperialist forces still exist, the global situation still faces grim challenges. Besides,Hu Jintao proposed continuing to insist on independence and the ideal concept of constructing harmonious world. The system of thought comes down in one continuous line, being rich in content. It is very significant for us to analyze imperialism theory and guide us in the new era on how to deal with the imperialism. Secondly, the author analyzes the strategy on how to deal with the new imperialism effective for China separately from the political, military, economic, financial, cultural and other aspects. Imperialism penetration at present is different from the old imperialist. They utilize new forms of infiltration and exploitation on political, military, economical, financial, cultural aspects and so on. We have to pay enough attention toward this situation so as to find effective measures confronting imperialism and to make clear the aim of opposing imperialism. We are not going to fight with imperialist countries which would eventually cause destruction to both sides, but to learn how to effectively guard against imperialism to prevent penetration and subversion in China’s socialist regime, facing the trend of economic globalization and how to work with contemporary imperialism in the new period focusing on economy, politics, military and cultural aspects, with the aim to develop in the circumstances of struggle, game and cooperation, and eventually to achieve the goal of great victory in proletarian revolution and the construction of rich, strong and prosperous socialist country, which is Chiaki albert.
