Research On The Construction Of Primary Party Organizations Of Xinjing Uygur Autonomous Region Since New Century

The primary Party organization in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region is the work and combat effectiveness foundation of Chinese Communist Party in this area. Developing regional economy, constructing democracy at the grass-roots level, and maintaining social stability are all relied on the primary Party organizations, which should unite and lead the mass to struggle and work hard. Therefore, whether from the aspect of Xinjiang modernization construction, social stability and development or from the reality of consolidating the Party’s image and status in all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, especially the minorities, it is necessary to take serious and strengthen the construction of the primary Party organizations in the new century.The dissertation focuses on the theory and practice of the Xinjiang primary Party organizations construction in the new century, introduces the basic theory of primary Party organizations construction, and reviewed the construction history of the primary Party organization in Xinjiang, analysis of the present situation of the primary Party organizations, summarizes the basic experience, and based on these, the author respectively observes and studies the present situation of the primary Party organizations construction in agricultural and pastoral areas, and the cities. Through the analysis and research, trying to answer how to build the Xinjiang primary Party organizations become a cohesive, attractive and powerful core of leadership, through the way of reform and innovation the concept consciousness, leadership, organization setting etc, in order to adapt to the changing situation at home and abroad.The whole paper can be divided into two parts: the first part is theoretical construction and the history review, this part mainly expounds the theory of the primary Party organization construction, and the construction process of the primary Party organizations in Xinjiang, this part include the introduction, the first chapter and the second chapter; The second part is the reality research, this part analyze the present situation of the primary Party organizations in Xinjiang since the new century, and respectively observes and studies the construction status of the primary Party organizations both in agricultural and pastoral areas, and the cities. This part includes the chapter3,chapter4, chapter5,chapter6and chapter7.In the first part, the introduction starts from the basic concept, briefly narrates the present academic research about Xinjiang primary Party organizations since the new century, and introduces the logical structure and the main research methods of this dissertation. Chapter1mainly introduces the basic theory about the organization construction,especially the public organization construction theory,so as to provide theoretical analysis for this dissertation. Summarize the thoughts about the construction of primary Party organizations from Marx, Engels, Lenin, Mao zedong, Deng Xiaoping, also specifically states the new thoughts, which contributed by Jiang zeming and Hu jintao,for the construction of primary Party organization. Chapter2mainly reviews the construction process of Xinjiang primary Party organizations, analyzes construction of Xinjiang primary party organizations in the different history background.In the second part, the author, firstly in chapter3,analyzes the construction situation, main working methods, achievements, and the dilemma and the problems appeared during the process of constructing Xinjiang primary Party organization, summarizes the basic construction experience of Xinjiang primary Party organization.And then, the author respectively studies and analyzes the importance, construction situation,problems and challenges of the primary Party organizations in agricultural and padtoral areas,urban community,universities and enterprises,in chapter4, chapter5,chapter6and chapter7. And on this basis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Finally,the paper summarizes the construction work of Xinjiang primary Party organization in the new century; put forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of Xinjiang primary Party organizations.
