Shanxi-chahaer-hebei Border Region During The Anti-japanese War The Communist Party Of China Rural Party Organization Form Research

The Shansi-Chahar-Hopei Border Region was established the first block behind border region by the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War, which sticked to the protracted war fortress in the National Anti-Japanese War and a model area of the United Front.However, the building, the consolidation and development of the Border Region and anti-Japanese national united front could not do without the Communist Party of china which was supported by the broad masses of the people.It has made great progress recent years in the study of the Shansi-Chahar-Hopei Border Region during of Anti-Japanese War.The system study on the actual state of the Chinese Communist Party organizations, especially the rural grassroots party organizations, has not yet been concerned, except some narrative tradition of revolution history that paid attention to the party organization evolution and change "regional" organizational history.This paper focuses on the party organization practice and actual operation that differs from the previous organization history research on the party organization evolution and the provisions of the system,but ignored the actual operation. This paper uses archival data on each grade party organizations and the achieved research results, and history, sociology, political science theories and methods to focuses on the actual situation in the Shansi-Chahar-Hopei Border Region of rural party organizations, party members, cadres population scale, party-masses relationship etc. and in order to reveal the further inherent development logic of the Border Region as a national model Anti-Japanese behind enemy lines, the experimental field of the new democratic revolution and the prototype of new China,and the the experience and lessons from the rural party organization leading the army and people in anti-Japanese war and the construction activities,and interactive relationship in village Party organization and the rural society, to provides some reference for contemporary China during the transition period in Chinese rural social construction and Party building.The paper consists of introduction, body and conclusion, the main body of the thesis has five chapters, and each chapter exists between intertwined, interrelated and mutually influence. In the first chapter,this paper introduces the rural environment before Anti-Japanese War, traces the operation status of party organizations. In the second chapter,it examines existing problems in the expanding and reconstruction of rural party organization, and to consolidate and adjust to solve the problem of party organization during Anti-Japanese War. The third chapter,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the Party group from the perspective of the social and identity structures of rural party and branch education. It shows that the party organizations established social basises in rural farmers as the main body, but this is not necessarily based on qualified party members that organization expected and met the real interests of rural farmers. In the forth chapter, the paper discusses the basic form of village cadres groups,and the effect that party cadres policy and route in real practice had on the work in the contradiction and adjustment. In the fifth chapter, the paper deeply reveals the existence of the close relationship between the formation and its internal contradictions, conflicts, debugging, negotiation from constructs of the Party-masses relationship and the political mobilization, and the establishment of the United Front Work of rural religious, which show the patty organization upholding policy, the correct strategy to form the relationship to share weal and woe between the party organization and rural masses, which reveals the social basis of rural party organizations that had been continuing to grow and eventually wan the final victory,too. In the discussion, the paper do not evade problems, but tries to overcome the problem, to reveals the experience and lessons in difficult circumstances through the frustration and failure.The paper suggests that specific practice of rural party organization in the party, government, economy and military affairs, especially the network of the rural party organization in the practice operation have an deeply effect on the future party organization construction and the founding of new China. In this stage, the activities of the party is a summary of the south revolution and the northwest revolutionary struggle experience, and continued to use and develope in practice, contribute the ruling practice of the party organization constructional blueprint for the future of the Republic of China.
