Li Ze-hou’s philosophy research focuses on exploring the possibility of human freedom, he first interprets Kant’s philosophy with Marx’s Historical Materialism and establishes “The Anthropo-historical Ontology”; Then he makes up the Liberalism by Chinese-Philosophy, emphasizing “Pragmatic Reason” & “Pleasure Culture”, contributing Chinese-Philosophy elements to the future direction of World-Philosophy. Through the study of Li Ze-hou’s ethics thought, the author proposes that surrounding how to implement the “individual freedom” out of a “Chinese-Way” philosophy, he has yearned for the world of philosophy: “Confucius and Kant” can make a good future of the Chinese nation. Review of the modernization process of China for more than 150 years, the fundamental appeal is human emancipation, the pursuit of individual freedom and yearning freedom kingdom, After a hard groping, we finally established “The Road of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics” guided by the Marxism. To develop this road, Li Ze-hou proposes the “four orders”: “economic development”, “individual freedom”, “social justice” and “political democracy”. The target is “Transform-creation” “China Model” based on “Chinese-modality about Modernization”. Philosophy is the essence of time spirit and the hunter of the road, Li Ze-hou proposes a set of thought of “Chinese-liberalism” with “Center-Left” nature based on “Relationshipism”, which has three basic characteristics: “historic”, “ideal” and “emotional”. This thought is based on three philosophical positions: what is philosophy for-exploring fate & damage system, philosophy transformation-Constructive-Marxist, philosophy peaks-Aesthetics as the first philosophy. In order to walk road of the Chinese-characteristics of modernity, deconstruct the Chinese tradition of “moralism” is the key, and then respectively constructed the Modern Social Morality with emphasis on social justice and “Religious Virtues” focus on life meaning. For the construction of “Modern Social Morality”, Li Ze-hou proposed “Harmony beyond Justice”, “Rights Precedence over Goodness” and “New Round of Confucianism-Legalism-Interoperability”, and so on, emphasizes we should not only attach importance to individual freedom, and emphasize reasonable blend, to avoid a “Market Society”. “Religious Virtues” and aesthetic will be the important subject of “Human-natural” of Li Ze-hou’s philosophy in China; including “Aesthetic Education Instead of Religion” and “Oneness of Heaven and Man”. “Heaven” under Chinese “Aestheticism” is more universal than “God” in human world, “The State of Heaven and Earth” under the “Oneness of Heaven and Man” is the highest realm of life. The true freedom is beyond the “subject-object dichotomy”, “aesthetic education” leads individuals to rise above the natural freedom realm.Paper judged the “Chinese-liberalism”, but not agree with the ultimate political democracy advocates. Extracting Li Ze-hou’s three philosophical standpoint, teasing out the thought of “Public-moral & Individual-moral” in China, puts forward some philosophy methods towards “everything” free state, finally built “a model of individual life”, as to the mind map to “individual freedom”. By interpreting Li Ze-hou’s ethics the thesis tries to sort out a further academic clue for the criticism and studying of Li Ze-hou’s philosophical ethics thoughts. And promote the process of the sinicization of marxist philosophy.
