Study On Foreign Influential Factors About China Road Formation And Development

Chinese-style socialism road(for short “China road”) means“prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country, which is built under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, based on the basic national conditions and focus on economic construction, upholding the four fundamental principles, sticking to the reform and opening-up, to liberate and develop the productivity, to build socialist market economy, socislist democracy, advanced socialist culture, harmonious socialist society and socialist ecological civilization, to promote their all-round development and gradually achieve common prosperity for the whole country. ” In this paper China road starts with the year 1956, based on many scholars’ view who agrees China road arises from 1956. Considering Xi’ China road persisting in and development is still in progress and the relevant foreign influence factors will also evolve and grow over time, Xi Jin-ping’s China road persisting in and development has not been included in the study for the time being(only discuss it in the last part of the paper). Mainly based on the four periods of Mao Ze-dong’s exploration, Deng Xiao-ping’ creation, Jiang Ze-min’s promoting and Hu Jin-tao’ persisiting in and development on China road, this paper discusses how the foreign factors affect China road formation and development. Because of the complicated foreign influence factors, it is difficult to study every factor, so this paper focus on the crucial important factors which affect the formation and development of China road to outline its historical track. The paper includes three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. It is as follows:In Chapter one the introduction states the topic’s origin and its significance. This part remarks the foreign influential factors research status on China road formation and development and put forward the basic idea, basic approach and the key issues to be resolved.The second part is mainly about the war and revolution’s themes of the times, the 20 th Soviet Party Congress, the Soviet socialist construction experiences and lessons, the foreign factors about the Sino-Soviet relations from the differences to the confrontation. It states the foreign factors that affect Mao Ze-dong explore China road from the beginning to setbacks, combined with Mao Ze-dong’s understanding and handling the foreign factors. This paper argues that the war and revolution’s themes of the times sets the tone of Mao’s exploring China road; the 20 th Soviet Party Congress becomes the important cause for Mao’s exploring China road; the Soviet socialist construction experiences and lessons speed up its pace, the Sino-Soviet relations from the differences to the confrontation reverses the direction in which Mao Ze-dong explore China road. Its experience is worth deriving.Chapter three is mainly about the foreign factors of peace and development themes of the times, new science and technology revolution, new changes of capitalism, western countries’ peaceful evolution to China, Soviet Union and Eastern Europe reform failure, combined with Deng Xiao-ping’s understanding and dealing with these foreign factors and argue the foreign causes for Deng Xiao-ping’ seeking for China road. In this paper, peace and development themes of the times is the important historical premise in Deng’s establishing economic development center and initiating China road. New science and technology revolution and new changes of capitalism offer opportunities and challenges for Deng to initiate China road; western countries’ peaceful evolution to China becomes Deng’s pressure to initiate China road; Soviet Union and Eastern Europe reform failure warns China and also makes China face a dilemma in the course of initiating China road. Deng Xiao-ping initiates China road on the basis of correct understanding and dealing with these factors. His successful experience should be cherished and carried forward.Chapter four mainly states the foreign factors that make Jiang Ze-min promote China road in the context of the change of the international pattern after the cold war, the economic globalization and drastic changes in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, combined with Jiang’s understanding of these foreign factors. This paper argues that multipolar international system brings China relatively peaceful international environment and also makes China be faced with great pressure from capitalism. Economic globalization offers China opportunity to compete internationally and integrated into the international community, but it threatens Chinese sovereignty, economic security and socialist system; the drastic changes in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe make China be faced with great challenges in the process of reform and opening up and modernization construction. Jiang Ze-min assesses the situation and copes with the situation cool-headedly. Jiang takes measures such as establishing socialist market economic system and putting forth “Three Representatve” important thinking. The experiences of understanding and dealing with foreign factors are worth summarizing.The fifth part states the foreign reasons that Hu Jin-tao persists in and develops China road, combined with Hu’s understanding of the 21 st century’s international situation, foreign public opinion and “9·11” Attacks. This paper argues complex and changeable international situation makes China be faced with many new challenges and also brings China important strategic opportunities. That international community questions China’s rise makes the development of China face great pressure from international public opinion. “9·11” Attacks prompted the USA to adjust U.S. China Policy, which relieved China strategic pressure. Hu Jin-tao seizes the opportunities, resistspressure, puts forward and practicethe scientific development perspective, builds harmonious society and world to persist in and develop China road.The conclusion summarizes the experience that the Chinese Communist Party learns and handles the foreign factors. This part gives a brief overview of the achievement of the new generation of Chinese leadership whose general secretary is Xi Jin-ping persist in and develop China road, it states China road will continue to move forward. The study of the foreign factors which influence China road’s persisting in and development is on the way forever.
