Mao Zedong had ever pointed out in his thesis “Consolidation of party’s work style” that the issue of study style is the thinking method issue of leading organizations, entire leaders and entire party members. It’s also the issue how we treat Marxism-Leninism and the issue of working attitude for all the party members.In this case,the issue of study style is a very important and the first important issue.In year 2008, Xi Jinping pointed out at Party school of the CPC that the issue of study style is a significant political issue related to theprosperity and decline, success or failure of CCP. It means that study style construction has been up to the height of strategy. Meanwhile, as a sharp weapon inside treasure trove of party construction theory, study style construction also played an very important role to radiate and push the party’s ideology construction, organizational construction and institutional improvement.Inherited the glorious tradition of attention on study style construction, CCP always lifts a learning climax inside party so as to reform the climate for learning at each historical transition period. The practice of more than 90 years of study style construction shows that the future is bright once the study style is upright and it’s difficult to step forward if the study style is bad. Just as Xi Jinping said “during each historical transition period, our party always calls on all party members to strengthen learning when facing new situations and new tasks and each learning climax could always push the Party and the people’s work to realize a leap.”The new situation faced by party construction demands us to strengthen study style construction necessarily. Under the period of comprehensive intensified reform, the situations of the world, country and party had experienced profound transformation. In this case, the party construction faces unprecedented difficulties and problems and the tests of power holding, reforming& opening up and external environment are practical & severe. The dangers of loafing spirit, capability failure, isolation from people and passive corruption are urgent and sharp. As the task in top priority of party construction, study style construction had become the key point to answer test and eliminate hazard. Under the background of comprehensive Party exercises self-discipline strictly, it was pointed out on the fourth plenarysession of the eighteenth that working style improvement& self-discipline strengthening would be the new normal in the future. As important task of party construction, study style construction should become the key point to answer test and eliminate hazard. It’s visible that the research issue on study style is a profound response to the new situation by our party. It showed that the party construction is high disciplined.The study style construction of our party is a theoretical problem as well as a realistic problem. From the horizontal perspective, we should abide by the logic theory of study style and background of history and find a starting point for the support and sources of study style construction. Then we should analyze creative results and experiences from study style construction in different periods of history, providing essential meanings of study style construction by summarizing practical experiences and requirements. Considering the way of thinking from universal to particular laws and establishing the structure of theory, from the reality of present study style construction and highlight problems, we should have a new thinking from many viewpoints towards something concerning study style construction and lay a solid foundation for some suggestions. The thesis tries to analyze from some aspects like scientific connotation, origin of thoughts, theory foundation, historical practice,primaryexperience, essential meaning, realistic background, highlight problems, method choice, institutional system and so on.The part of prologue narrates background of the thesis, meaning and present situation of the research, reviews on advantages and disadvantages, the way of thinking and creative ideas,research methods, difficulties and highlights.As a result, the author divides the thesis into five parts, which focus on three elements that are ideological stance, ideologicalline, thinking method. According to the way of research,raising and analyzing and solving questions, the author attempts to explore the exact meaning of study style, which is “what to be” and “how to be” and “why to do” and “how to do”. The main contents are as follows:Chapter one narrates basic definition of CCP’s study style and concerning concepts,answering “what to be”. First of all, this paper interpreted concept of study style and its related concepts and extended the generalization utilization of the concept of study style.Based on differentiating the concepts of “study style", "learning", "writing style", "party style", and "learning-model party", I also analyzed the party’s style of study and the closerelationship between party and study style. Study is a process of getting knowledge or skills.Style of study is the atmosphere of study. The learning methods, attitudes and styles were reflected through study to inspect their standards and quality. This paper was focus on the study of party member in the construction of study style because of the direct interaction between them. Dialectical unification relations were existed in study style, writing style and party style. Good style of study can achieve good writing style. Good writing style achieves good party. Study style construction close ties with the party style construction. And the relations among style of study, learning-model party and learning-typed Marxist political party are helpful to show the times nature and scientific nature of study style construction.Secondly, combined with the study style theory of the party and from the three dimensions of ideological position, ideological line, thought method, I made a detailed analysis on the basic connotation of study style. Thought position is the precondition of understanding and analyzing problems, the precondition for party member to make thought activities, also the basis factor of the study style. It is also the understanding basis of the party always making the linking theory with practice as a foundation for the study style essence; Based on the meaning of study style argument of Mao Zedong, the problem of study style is the problem related to the ideological position of people viewing things, and the problem of ideological line reflecting the attitude of linking theory with practice, also the thoughtway to solve problems. In the end, the thesis interprets learning thought in Chinese traditional culture and its indispensable relationship with study style of party. Furthermore, in our tradition culture, it has the attitude of diligence as learning object and spirit of humanism as learning contents and careful thinking as learning method. Such great culture is still nourishing study style thinking of our party.Chapter Two analyzes the source and practice history of school tradition construction theory of our Party and interprets the practical significance of Party’s school tradition construction to use for answering the question that “why” should we reinforce school tradition construction. First of all, source of theory for Party’s school tradition construction includes:theoretical basis established by the classical Marxist writers, theoretical system constructed by Mao Zedong, theoretical new pattern created by Deng Xiaoping and theoretical new though added by other leaders. Based on learning style of proletarian party of the classical Marxist writers, the theoretical path of school tradition construction is enriched and replenishedconstantly through unremitting efforts of Communists for several generations. Learning style theory of our party is mutual financing and successive. School tradition construction theory has clear development venation. Though the classical Marxist writers, such as Marx, Engels and Lenin, etc., don’t propose the concept of learning style clearly, the essential issue of how to treat with Marxist theory is discussed in details, which points out a direction for our party to insist and develop excellent Marxist excellent style in practice. They definitely indicate that Marxism is scientific world view and methodology and has important guidance function on learning attitude and learning thought in school tradition construction. Mao Zedong has put forward the main idea of learning style—linking theory with practice, which is the first step in theoretical development process of our party’s learning style. He has discussed connotation and significance of learning style comprehensively, and has put forward this great historical proposition of localization of Marxism in China. Cultural source is disjoined between study and practice because of thinking set.Chapter IV and Chapter V have discussed the main ways of party’s style construction to solve the problem of "how to do it" from the main point of view. Chapter IV put focus on Party members as the main body of construction. By drawing on the theory and ideas of the learning organization, Chapter IV has demonstrated that we should strengthen the style construction from the party spirit, ideology and subjective thinking these three key elements.First, we should enhance the party spirit and form a strong unified Marxist ideological stance.The party spirit means that the communists regulate themselves in accordance with the Party’s principles and transform myself from thinking, ethics, style, etc., in order to form a correct outlook on life and values. This thesis analyzes in the first chapter and considers that the worldview is reflected in the ideological stance. Therefore, to establish a correct concept and stick to Marxist ideological stance, we must start from the party spirit. The party spirit education is a core part of party’s ideology construction and inevitably plays a significant role in the style construction. Specifically, we should grasp party education, consolidate ideals and beliefs, enhance our own cultivation and follow the value standard to cultivate the party spirit.Only in this way can we master the Marxist theory and the scientific system more accurately,and achieve a true learning, believing and using purpose to consolidate Marxist learning with a firm ideological stance.Second, we should hold the attitude to promote the spirit of learning organization by strengthening the advanced consciousness. The communists’ mental attitude is a kind of subjective consciousness. So we should start from the party’s subjective consciousness, learn from the study-oriented organization theory and have the attitude of study-oriented party so as to improve the party’s study style. Systems thinking, lifelong study,self-transcendence and comprehensive study are the key elements of a study-oriented organization and also the important spirits of Marxism learning party. By taking a look at communists’ mental attitude correspondingly, we can have an effect on party-member consciousness by enhancing the political consciousness to play an exemplary role, cultivating the lifelong learning mental attitude, fostering an awareness of self-transcendence and advocating a scientific concept of comprehensive study. Finally, we should use the subjective thinking to nurture an innovative and scientific thinking method which is the14 bridge to connect the objective facts, the main understanding and the thought process. Byborrowing the ways of thinking, we find the method and idea to understand things. We should pay attention to nurturing party thinking ability by optimizing the study style with the thinking method. The thinking ability has the characteristics of subjectivity and creativity, so the key point to cultivate thinking ability lies in the subjectivity of the party to form the advanced innovative thinking which will have an influence on the style of study. Marxist methodology is scientific, practical and open. The premise and guarantee to exert the subjective creativity is to grasp the three characteristics and adhere to the basic principles of improving the thinking method. At the same time, we need keep in mind the commanding role of the subject in innovation, adhere to the important principle that inheritance and innovation of scientific thinking are of the same significance and try to make sure the scientific role of subjective thinking in the thinking method innovation.Based on the Chapter IV, the Chapter V elaborates the author’s big-picture thinking to the construction of study style from the perspective of the membership group as the main body of the construction, explores the necessary measures taken by the party organization. By strengthening Marxist theory study, promoting the investigation and study, combining the theory and the central spirit as well as the local practice, theoretical study and research fashion should be built to solve the problems like the discrepancy between theory and practice,and the deviation from the ideological line; by pointing out the party members and cadres disciplinary incentive mechanism, giving play to leading role, improving the learning organizational mode of members, the learning motive of the members is stimulated so that they can purify their thought and solve the problem of the style of study deviating the position of Marxism. At the same time, the system safeguard is an important link of the construction of study style. To improve the study style needs the guard of the effective system. The learning organization needs to integrate the learning modes like flat structure, self-management, draw on the elements of system in sociology: modeling system, equipment system, tissue system,and make a system construction research from the perspective of regulatory framework,organizational system, and the resources security system. First, the establishment of learning regulatory framework is the basic protection of “pursuing one’s studies strictly, pursuing one’s teaching strictly, carrying forward the fashion of practice”. Hence, a strict, mature, and normative regulatory framework must be established. For example, a member’s learningsituation must be recorded by the strict filing system; a member’s degree of participation must be controlled by strict work attendance checking system; the member’s interactive relationship must be promoted by strict propaganda system. Second, the enhancement and improvement of the learning system of party committee center group can consolidate its political and leading-core position in the construction of study style, and the theoretical attainment can be improved, and so does the learning efficiency. Last, normative learning resource secure the system and re-allocate the learning resource. Building digital learning environment can provide the party members with wild learning platform and secure the advance of the party members learning; a complete material system can promote the establishment of the learning style and offer it a financial support. The study style construction system of the party can stimulate the formation of the members’ advanced thinking method and provide good guarantee for the durability and efficiency of the current construction of study style. |
