Instrument equipment resources sharing behavior in the university has beenpushing for many years.There are many practical experiences but lack of theoryresearch. This article’s main point is to design education resources sharing of incentivemechanism in universities. This paper puts forward that the solutions about equipmentresources sharing in the economic problems. From the point of view of universityadministrators, this paper is mainly to solve the difficult about their incentivemechanisms from colleges and teachers. According to economics and management ofadvanced theory, the article through the mathematical model analyse resources sharingbehavior. The main research contents and research achievements are the followingaspects:1、 By analyzing of members of the university resources sharing behaviorcharacteristics about equipments, and building a game model, University administratorscan stimulate the enthusiasm of the internal members through certain incentives means.This award is mainly used for compensation of losses in internal members from theresource sharing. And, the reward is the influence factors of members in the gameresult.2、In the different information condition and risk attitude, the thesis demonstratesthe optimal incentive contracts about university-college. On this basis, according to thedifferent equipment resources of college, this article designs two kinds of motivationsmechanisms from "strong colleage" and "weak colleage”. For the whole universityutility maximization, one of the effective incentive mechanisms is to give morescientific interests shareing for "strong colleage", and to give more economic interestsfor"weak colleage”. 3、Through the improvement principal-agent theory model of Intrinsic ReciprocalMotivations, the study founds that the university administrators design not completeincentive contracts to express Positive Reciprocity from teachers. The Pareto optimalitycan be improved by this model. On this basis, the university-teachers flexible incentivemechanism turned "weak Reciprocal” teachers to"strong Reciprocal” teachers. Thispaper of incentive mechanism from equipment sharing resources provides the theorybasis in reality.4、There are two dynamic pathes to university education resources integration, oneof them is strategic alliance, and the other is a structure merger. The two methods canfully embodies the advantages of flexible incentive mechanism. Resources integration isbenefied to university education resource sharing.
