Since the21st century, China Higher Education entered the popularization stage, whichexperienced from the stage of Mere pursuit of large-scale to multidimensional explorationeffective to enhance the quality of higher education and raise the benefit from RunningSchools stage, which marks the Chinese universities began to enter the era of performancemanagement.
