Chinese Martial Arts implicates both profound cultural connotations and abundant skill. Graceful movements let the world amazing.Today,Regular exercise Wushu not only plays the effect of physical fitness, but also play a positive role in developing the people’s strong will and fortitude. Now, Chinese is building the dream of sports power, In the journey of the construction of sports power,many functions of Chinese Martial Arts should also undertake the historic mission. Further research has important realisticmeaning for Wushu ChangQuan technology action system and teaching characteristics.This paper is divided into three parts:the first part research for the construction of ChangQuan designes technology action system. The second part, Research for Wushu ChangQuan with the characteristics of training and training concept of competitive.Three experiments based on summing up the characteristics of system of technical action ChangQuan. Through the study of nearly two years of sustained three independent teaching and training experiments, the experiment conclusionsThe study adopts the research methods of literature review, investigation, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and so on ChangQuan technology action system and teaching and training in the field of related issues in-depth research, summed up the following conclusions:1. Wushu ChangQuan technology action with action sequences of ingenious structure, improving ChangQuan action basic structure and optimization technology of the combination of movements is the best way to enhance the overall performance level of changQuan.2. The essence of the martial art of Long-Style Boxing skill has distinctive attributes, effective teaching of Long-Style Boxing skill must focus on the meaning of attack and defense as well as on the move that recruit the detailed walkthrough, this is the best teaching strategies to guarantee the effective learning skill of Long-Style Boxing.3. Through the teaching experiment of Wushu Club Students in the experimental group, the young provisions teaching practice boxing, the application of situational teaching method to implement teaching produced a good effect of teaching. Students’ physical quality has been improved rapidly; physical coordination and balance ability can be significantly enhanced; the function of the body action has been significantly improved, the students of ChangQuan action skills assessment grades improve.4. through teaching and learning experiment for college students, experimental group three (strengthen the implementation of "verbal instruction and visual imagery" learning strategies) of ChangQuan action skill examination and two weeks after tracking examination results are better than the experimental group one (the implementation of the "verbal guidance" learning strategies) and experimental group two (implementation of the "visual image" learning strategies), test scores and tracking to keep score significant difference. Experimental group two ChangQuan action skills assessment and tracking to keep score better than experiment group, but the test scores and tracking results are not significant difference.5. Through the competitive of ChangQuan athletes training experiment, special athletic ability improved to some extent:explosive force enhancement; balance ability significantly improve physical coordination capacity significantly increased. To realize the seamless connection of special training effect and competition performance, provides the theory support for innovative new concept of ChangQuan training long boxing skills, guide ChangQuan action technology system and training system is becoming more and more perfect.
