As talent cultivation’s main land in China, higher education informatization is imperative. As the most important content in the process of higher education informationization, teaching informationization level directly affects the core competitiveness of universities. With a series of policies and measures, during the China’s 12th Five-Year Plan period, teaching informatization has made some progress and development, but it must be clearly aware that problems still exist in the process of system development and restrict the teaching informatization level ascension. This dissertation studies on teaching informatization level ascension used theory and method of system dynamics, not only widening the application range of the system dynamics, but also providing a new way of thinking on teaching informatization research. The main research conclusion was summarized as follows:(1) Analyze influence factors and point out the main problems of teaching information system in colleges and universities.This dissertation summarizes the current situation of China’s institutions of higher education informatization separately from five aspects, such as, infrastructure, application system, education resources, security system, and technical standards, describes the architecture and composition of higher education information system from the perspective of system science, analysis connotation and system structure of teaching information system in colleges and universities, determins the six influence factors of teaching information system, including:policy factors, capital factors, human factors(including management team level, technical services team support capabilities, teachers’ information technology ability and college students’ information literacy ability), hardware environment factors(including campus network environment and informationization teaching equipment), software resource factors(including software platform and informationization teaching resources), teaching application factors(including multimedia auxiliary teaching effect and network auxiliary teaching effect), points out eight major problems in the process of system development. Underfunded and configuration is not balanced. Management technology service level shouled be improved. Teachers’ information technology ability is uneven. Teaching equipment fault occurs frequently. The hard and soft imbalances phenomenon has always existed. A small percentage of the lessons have teaching interactive in multimedia classroom. The course construction quality on network teaching platform is low. The overall development of the teaching informatization level is slow.(2) Investigation and evaluation analysis on Information technology teaching effect and college students’ information literacy ability.The teaching information system development must take the application of information technology in teaching as the core in order to realize the informationization teaching. Information technology teaching effect directly affects the teaching information level. This dissertation analysis advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching, multimedia technology teaching and network auxiliary teaching, discuss the multimedia teaching and network auxiliary teaching effect by means of questionnaire investigation, expert interview and statistical analysis methods, puts suggestions for the current common phenomenon, at the same time, constructs the evaluation index system of college students’ information literacy ability based on the analytic hierarchy process, launches a targeted questionnaire of college students from ten colleges and universities in Jiangxi, conducts empirical research on college students from different sex, different grades, different professional using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting college students’ information literacy ability on the basis of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. All these contents provide sufficient theoretical analysis basis and data sources for building rate fundamental in-tree, establishing simulation equation and proposing countermeasures.(3) Based on stepwise simulation modeling method of rate variable fundamental in-tree, aiming at eight major problems in the development of system, establishing the rate variable fundamental in-tree simulation model of teaching informatization system in colleges and universities, verifing the reliability of the simulation model.Aimed at eight major problems in the process of system development, this dissertation establishes the rate variable fundamental in-tree model of the teaching information system in colleges and universities using the stepwise modeling method of rate fundamental in-tree. In the process of building rate variable fundamental in-tree, the article sets up in-tree s’ control parameters and their ranges according to system dynamics and the constraints of system development. In the process of stepwise building the simulation equation, this dissertation realizes the effective combination of various simulation equations modeling method. In the process of examining rate variable fundamental in-tree, the article uses lower limit value of each control parameter range, confirms the reliability of the rate fundamental in-tree simulation model. This rate variable fundamental in-tree model and flow graph model are equivalent models.(4) Using branch vector determinant feedback algorithm, key causal chain by feedback loop analysis and feedback loop polarity transfer analysis methods, analyzing the cause of the slow development of teaching information level, proposing seven countermeasures of teaching informatization level ascension in colleges and universities.System complexity arises mainly from the complex feedback system structure. System dynamics is the science of characterization system feedback structure and behavior. This dissertation generats the seven countermeasures of the teaching informatization level ascension in colleges and universities based on ananlyzing feedback loop structure of the complex system. Specific content as follows: establishing the strong simplified rate fundamental in-tree model of the teaching information system, calculating the amount of feedback loops using branch vector determinant feedback algorithm, analysis structure, polarity, key causal chain of all (18) feedback loops, including five polarity transfer characteristics feedback loops using key causal chain by feedback loop analysis and feedback loop polarity transfer analysis methods, generating 7 categories, a total of 15 key causal chains, proposing the seven management countermeasures of the teaching informatization level ascension according to the main problems by analysis method of system running by key causal chains of all feedback loops.(4) Using control parameter combination simulation experiment method, conducting countermeasures implementation effect evaluation, verifing the correctness of seven countermeasures.This dissertation proposes the seven countermeasures in order to eliminate the major constraints in the process of system development, promote the teaching informatization level ascension. This dissertation sets up in-tree s’control parameters and their ranges in order to describe system dynamics and the constraints of system development. Fourteen control parameters are closely related to the connotation of the seven countermeasures. So we use control parameter combination simulation experiment method to conduct countermeasures implementation effect evaluation. Specific content as follows:setting up a collection of control parameters based on buling rate variable fundamental in-tree model, determinng the most satisfied and the least satisfied programs, fixed assets and software resources by increasing investment and focus-on investment programs of countermeasures implementation according to the connotation of the seven countermeasures, conducting countermeasures implementation effect evaluation accoding to analyzing four kinds of control parameter combination simulation experiments, verifing the correctness of seven countermeasures, analyzing application and results of of some countermeasures in Nanchang University.In conclusion, this dissertation builds rate variable fundamental in-tree model of teaching informatization system based on six influence factors and eight major problems, proposes seven countermeasures of the teaching informatization level ascension according to complex feedback system structure analysis, determines four kinds of control parameter combination simulation experiments according to the seven countermeasures, verifs the correctness of seven countermeasures according to countermeasures implementation effect evaluation. This dissertation provides references for developing and implementing management measures of teaching informatization level ascension, expands the connotation of the new method named "stepwise simulation modeling method of rate variable fundamental in-tree", uses a variety of new feedback loop analysis and the simulation equation establishing comprehensive methods, for the first time applies system dynamics theory and methods to the teaching informatization level ascension, realizs methods innovation, integrated innovation and application innovation.
