A main challenge in the experimental researches of Quantum computing is the ability to control single spins. In this thesis, I focus on the topic of spin-manipulation technologies which includes two parts. The first part contains the realizations of quantum algorithms on the nuclear spins by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer. The second part describes the technologies we developed in the setups of electron spin manipulation platforms including the nano-second pulse generation and microwave modulation devices, as well as a software platform for experimental control.In the first part, I introduced the scientific works I participated duration the post-graduate studies. First, I introduced the work that we developed the quantum algorithm for number factorization based on Adiabatic quantum com-putation, and we succeed in factoring the number143in the NMR spectrometer, which is the largest number been factored by quantum machines till now. Then I introduced another issue of my work, quantum simulation of chemical properties. In this issue, we first simulated the chemical static properties of Hydrogen molec-ular by the quantum phase estimation algorithm (PEA). And then we simulated the process of chemical reaction on our NMR quantum computer and calculate the properties duration the reaction.Besides the scientific works, I also participate in the seting-up of electron spin manipulation spectrometers including the X-band EPR and S-band ODMR pulsed spectrometers. In these works, I’m responsible for the software and hardware controlling parts. first, I develop a software platform for a uniform controlling tools, where all funtions and hardwares are deemed as a component, thus new setups could be easily and quickly built base on the framework. Second, I managed to create a new pulse-generation device which could manipulate square pulse with arbitrary waveforms in just lns resolution. Third, I also managed to synthesis the dds method to build a X-band and S-band microwave modulation device, which is used in the manupulation of electon spins in each platform.
