Quantum information is the most rapid development emerging interdisciplinary in recent years and quantum communication is the most rapidly developing field towards pratical quantum information. Quantum communication technology becomes the future information technology research hotspot because of its unique advantages in improving the security, capability and efficiency of information transmission.Generally, quantum information channels utilize free-space channel or optical fiber channel. Due to the limitations of current technology, the distance of fiber-optic quantum communication has reached the limit. While free-space quantum communication has the excellence of high stability, low losses,and make use of the space platform, which makes it to be generally considered as the most feasible option for the global quantum communication.The present dissertation is mainly about some long distance free-space quantum communication experiments that I involved and led. We designed and realized a16km free-space, complete bell measurement of two photons quantum teleportation experiment, and on this basis we used single mode fiber as quantum memory to accomplish a real long distance quantum teleportation experiment after entanglement distribution. We also simulated satellite movement by moving platform, simulate satellite attitude and random vibration by hot air balloon, keep the quantum channel real-time unblocked by ATP system and finally realized the long-distance free-space decoy state quantum key distribution experiment based on moving and floating platform. We further improved our experimental system and engineered our experimental device, realized the scale of hundreds of kilometers of high loss of decoy-state quantum key distribution. We do all the technical preparation for quantum key distribution base on satellite.The technology developed in our experiment will play an important role in many significant scientific fields such as the quantum communication between the earth and the satellite, the network of the global quantum communication.
