Mine hoist is a large and complex system of machine, electric and hydraulicpressure, which is the key equipment in mine safety production. It has a directinfluence on the mine production’s reliability, economy and other features. With hoistequipment developing to be large-scale, high-speed, electromechanical integrationand structure-complication, the requirement for fault diagnosis to mine hoist systemhas become increasingly high. Therefore, according to the current technologydevelopment of computer, network communications, signal detection and faultdiagnosis of IOT, based on the characteristics of mine hoist system, this thesis putsforward hoist remote fault diagnositic system under Internet circumstances, analyseshoist fault diagnositic system based on information fusion and mine hoist intelligentfault diagnosis based on self-adaptive fuzzy neural network and thereby designs theprototype system of hoist remote fault diagnositic system under Internetcircumstances. The specific research work is as follows:The mathematical model of hoist is established under the circumstances ofoverwinding、main rope slipping、rope breaking and brake system failure. The faulttrees under the conditions above are provided respectively.Based on the input eigenvalues of motor current, hydraulic station hydraulic,hoisting speed and hoisting load, the adaptive neural network fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) of hoist is designed, realizing the fault diagnosis of system overload,heavy decentralization and hydraulic station undervoltage operation status.Based on the information fusion theory, the hoist hydraulic brake cylinder failureis studied, realizing the effective fault diagnosis of hoist brake system, which has beenput into engineering practice.
