By on-site monitoring, laboratory testing, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, to explore the Jixi mine area Chengshan coal mine rock pressure disasters induced mechanism and engineering practice, Chengshan coal mine rock pressure of the prediction of early warning technology for the correspondingdescribed, and finally the formation of a set of Chengshan mine bumping prevention and control measures. By the measured geostress and inversion analysis, the high level of stress and lateral coefficient affecting the necessary condition for the Chengshan mine roadway deformation and coal bump disaster, and in the process of tunneling and mining secondary stress and the roadway on strata behavior regularity monitoring, the analysis derived rockburst mechanics and energy criterion. Chengshan mine main coal seam of coal sample and the roof and floor of macro-impact tendency test, come to the Chengshan mine coal samples and roof and floor samples burst tendency indicators showed a burst tendency; the Chengshan coal sample of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope analysis of micromechanical components and structure of the coal samples burst tendency greater impact. Chengshan mine coal bump accident numerical simulation analysis, carried out a detailed comparison, and its influencing factors come to the Chengshan mine coal bump mechanism induced high levels of stress, impact tendentious and mining influence. Through the analysis of the impact of the danger zone and pressure-induced shock to affect factors impact pressure Chengshan Mine forecast warning technology, the main early warning methods is electromagnetic radiation monitoring (monitoring points), conventional mining pressure monitoring and microseismic monitoring (surface monitoring), and on this basis, contact engineering actual relief injection, off the top of other measures to prevent coal bump occurrence, to good effect in the practical application.
