A new reinforced concrete structure applied in high-rise, super high-riseresidential and public buildings is proposed in this paper, called reinforced concretegrid box tube in tube structure with gypsum as the filling exterior wall. It is not onlyin the construction of the extensive use of FGD gypsum or phosphorus gypsum,according with the circular economy requirements of "reduce, reuse and recycling"three principles of our country’s economic development; but also the structuralproperties, architectural function and economic performance is superior to theconventional tube structure, it is the development and innovation to the traditionalstructure system.The preface introduces physical, mechanical properties of the industrial gypsumand its domestic distribution; the present research and application situation ofindustrial gypsum building are summarized, analyzes industrial gypsum dosage of avariety of energy-saving building, the basic composition and gypsum dosage of newhigh-rise reinforced concrete structure energy-saving building are introduced;introduces the significance of the subject and main research contents of this paper.The paper introduces composition characteristics of the external grid frame ofreinforced concrete grid cassette tube in tube structure, analyses the lateralperformance and influence factors of the lateral of the grid frame adopting themechanical calculation method. It has arrived at a reasonable grid size via researchingthe influence of the grid size on the properties of grid frame, the seismic performanceof grid frame structure is studied through the pushover analysis of a frame. It putsforward some references for the future designation of this grid frame system.The paper expounds composition characteristics of the ribbed well cavity largeplate of reinforced concrete grid cassette tube in tube structure, it establishes themechanics calculation model and deduces the basic mechanical equation adopting thecontinuous methods, and puts forward practical calculation method of the plate.Combined with floor under construction of this system conversion project-TangshanJianhua Engineering Quality Inspection Co., office buildings, a load test is used for abig plate of8.4m x8.4meters, the result shows that the space effect of the plate isobvious, the measured stiffness is bigger than practical calculation method, and thepractical calculation method can meet the design requirements.The grid cassette tube in tube structure is simplified to internal and external two solid cylinder, solid cylinders connect by the slab which plane stiffness is infinite, slaband cylinders are hinged, between the continuous structure, using the minimumpotential energy principle and continuous analysis theory, the paper derives areinforced concrete grid cassette tube in tube structure lateral equation and thestructures internal force calculation formula, and this derived formula are verifiedthrough an example in the end of the paper, the results show that continuous analysismethod has high precision and can meet the engineering computation requirements.To this system conversion project-Tangshan Jianhua Engineering QualityInspection Co., office buildings as for example, it comparatively analyses themechanical properties and economic analysis of this structure system, conventionaltube in tube structure and the framework core barrel system, the results show that thesystem has the largest anti-lateral stiffness, uniformly distributed vertical stiffness andexcellent collaborative work performance of internal and external barrel. And underall the excellent indexes situation, the structure has the good economic efficiency asfor its containing of the smallest steel and concrete consumption.Finally, the elasto-plastic dynamic analysis of the grid cassette tube in tubestructure is introduced, this system can meet the index requirements of the structureunder the rare earthquake, the plastic hinge first appeared in coupling beam of shearwall, and the plastic hinge of the outside grid frame first appeared in the beam end.The system demonstrates excellent resistance ability to the rare earthquake.
