The firing accuracy is an important assessment of tactical and technical assessment of the wheeled artillery. Based on the research achievements of the worldwide at the shooting accuracy aspect and the test data of the domestic wheeled artillery from the firing range, this dissertation carries out researches on the firing accuracy calculation model of the wheeled artillery, the analysis of influence factors on the firing accuracy of the wheeled artillery (including the variety of random factors and the projectile initial disturbance, etc.), and the shooting accuracy evaluation and test under different firing condition at the firing range. And this dissertation devotes to establish the firing accuracy computational model for the wheeled artillery, and develop applicable evaluation technique for the firing accuracy analysis of wheeled artillery.Firstly, the dissertation researches on the calculation model for the firing accuracy analysis of wheeled artillery, by the firing error analysis, the concept of the firing accuracy is introduced, the index for the firing accuracy is proposed, which is represented by the firing element error and dispersion error, the distributing character of the index is subsequently analyzed. The differential equations of projectile motion is established by the projectile flight motion analysis, six-degree-of-freedom rigid body trajectory equation is thus derived based on the geometric condition, the initial condition, boundary condition, loading conditions and the related weather conditions, which is used as the base of the calculation model for the firing accuracy. The calculation model for the firing dispersion extent of wheeled artillery is established by using the ballistics theory, the calculation steps are determined for the firing dispersion extent.Then, the influence and rules of the random factor on the firing accuracy are studied and analyzed, the combination scenarios of the random factors that affect the firing accuracy of the wheeled artillery are designed, the stepwise regression analysis is adopted to study the influence of the random factors on the firing accuracy. The algorithm of the stepwise regression analysis for the random factors are thus established, the live firing test data for the firing dispersion extent of a certain wheeled artillery is used to research on the correlation analysis of the impact point coordinates, and the correlation coefficient is used to determine whether the weapon system exists serious interference. The corresponding regression equations are established by studying the influence of various factors on the firing accuracy. The results of the regression analysis match the phenomena in the live firing test very well, demonstrating the application and effectiveness of the proposed stepwise regression analysis method in analysis of influence factors on the firing accuracy of the wheeled artillery.And then, researches are carried out to study the influence of the projectile initial disturbance on the firing accuracy. The influence factors that affect the projectile flight initial parameters are decomposed into four parts, i.e., the forced response of the whole gun, the changing factors of the muzzle orientation, the barrel direction and the projectile motion in bore, respectively, and these influence factors are analyzed. The vibration of flexible tube and the static error of the aiming system are focused, vibration model is established by finite element method, and the coupled responses of the projectile and the barrel are calculated, the changes of the projectile in the bore and out the muzzle are thus obtained, as well as the influence factors and rules affecting the changes of the muzzle orientation and the barrel direction, by the static error analysis of the aiming system.Finally, the estimation and test of the firing accuracy are researched based on the statistical analysis of test data. The evaluation model for firing dispersion extent is established base on the live firing test data. Considering the difference of the firing data obtained from the estimation of firing accuracy and firing dispersion extent, the firing dispersion test model and method are proposed for the wheeled artillery. Considering the case of more than one group trial, combined with firing accuracy estimation and test model for single group trial, the corresponding model and method for multi-group trial are proposed. Simultaneity, the models and methods are studied for the correlation test between longitudinal and transverse error, and the decision of abnormal test data. At last, the standardization of the range are analyzed and discussed.
