Objective:Analysis and compare the morphological features of true and false lumen after thoracic aortic endovascular repair, to investigate the influence of the application of restrictive bare stent technology in the endovascular repair for aortic dissection.Materials and methods:From February2012to January2013,82cases of Stanford type B aortic dissection in our department who accept Thoracic Stent Graft cavity repair surgery was included, including7cases accepted remote restrictive bare stent implantation. Imaging analysis of CTA data before, two weeks after surgery, compare true and false lumen diameter of the descending aorta, thrombosis of the false lumen, longitudinal morphological characteristics. Results:Surgical success rates of both group are100%. Perioperative period and during follow-up (mean follow-up of24weeks) bare stent group indicate no internal leakage, paraplegia, bare stent fracture and other complications. For the standard group,2cases of paraplegia lcase of type III endoleak,1case of new-onset type A dissection,2cases of death. Morphological analysis suggested the implantation can help true lumen open:the short diameter of true lumen increased more than the standard group, the short diameter of false lumen was reduced more than the standard group, and complete thrombosis is more often; the taper ratio of descending aorta decreased, and the shape of the aorta is more like the normal aorta.Conclusion:1、Implantation of remote restrictive bare stent contribute to open the true lumen, reduce the false lumen and completely false lumen thrombosis.2、The true lumen of distal descending aorta opened more better with implantation of remote restrictive bare stent, The taper ratio of descending aorta is smaller, which is more like the normal aorta..
