[Objective] To explore the differentiation of human BMMSCs to tracheal epithelial-like cell with inducible factor EGF and environmental induction in vitro.[Method] The morphology of BMMSCs was observed by inverted microscope,which induced by EGF and co-cultured with lysated rat tracheal epithelial cells. Immuno-histo-chemical stain of human cytokeratin was employed to identify the BMMSCs differentionated to tracheal epithelial-like cell.[Results] Human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) significantly changed from polygon shape to long spindle shape, Immuno-histo-chemical stain of the cytokeratin was positive reaction.[Conclusion] The induction of the differentiation from human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells to the tracheal epithelial-like cells in vitro is possible... |
