Since the new century, the Communist Party of China grasps the situation at home and abroad, more acutely aware of the cultural role and function of enhancing the comprehensive national strength, consequently, the Communist Party of China calls on a series of new strategic initiatives, such as strengthening cultural innovation, enhancing cultural soft power, promoting cultural development and prosperity, building up powerful nation of culture. the process of the party leading cultural construction is the process of exploring the laws of cultural construction, summarizing the experience of cultural construction, and cultural theory innovation. Studying the problem on the cultural theory innovation of the CPC is conducive to the cultural prosperity and development, and it is conducive to strengthen the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
