The properties of the importance of the organizational learning in corporate isobvious, especially the adjustment role of institutional quality, from Adam Smith toDavid? Institutional quality as theadjustment variable of organizational learning and corporate performance, have asignificant role in the regulation of the improvement of enterprise performance.Therefore, make a full review is needed, that is a major issue for businessmanagement studies can not be avoided.In China, the organizational learning as an emerging enterprise managementtheory, has become one of the most important theoretical branch enterprisemanagement theory, plays an important role in enterprise management andperformance analysis. If we miss organizational learning, our enterprise is doomed tohave no profitability. We make an enterprises questionnaire with500enterprises, tryto understand the condition and capabilities of different types of enterprises aboutorganizational learning.This paper studies the essences of organizational learning, including thedefinition of organizational learning, connotation and denotation. Dimension oforganizational learning, the theoretical basis of the division, the constituent elementsof organizational learning, whether organizational learning will upgrade corporateperformance, what is its impact path mechanism, system quality as the intermediatevariables. How to reactive, we make quantitative analysis of the impact of regulatoryrole, knowledge innovation as an intermediary role is very important, it will be anintermediate variables, we will study its intensity. Organizational learning, institutional quality, business performance contribute a dynamical systems, we willstudy that the system formation and effecting.There are various theory research perspectives of organizational learningincluding definitions, areas and effect, there is no consensus, this article summarizesthe essential meaning of organizational learning, make an in-depth analysis oforganizational learning, we have focused on the organization learning in enterprisesystem, the relationship of the enterprise knowledge innovation. Bring forth adifferent perspective and research purposes, the results obtained will be various, butfrom the point of all, the organizational learning can indeed improve enterprisemanagement system, including strategic systems and knowledge innovation capacity.Therefore, from the point of the system about quality study will enhance the role oforganizational learning, will enhance business performance.Based on the analysis above, according to the data obtained by the investigation,based on literature search and theoretical deductive reasoning, case interviews, thegeneral theory of system dynamics analysis, questionnaire sample survey, andeconometrics models, we studied organizational learning, business performance, andsystem quality. Mainly explore the regulatory role of institutional quality, and toexplore the role of knowledge innovation intermediary roll. The paper is structured asfollows:The first chapter briefly elaborated the theme of this paper and researchbackground, research purposes, as well as the main research methods. Economicglobalization and scientific technological progression, changing the environment ofthe enterprise survive. Organizational learning enterprise modernization process in aprocess of self-improvement, and a means for enterprises to improve theirperformance. Organizational learning can directly exert influence on firmperformance, this process is regulated by institutional quality, organizational learningwill promote knowledge innovation, knowledge innovation will directly improvecorporate performance, these two effects are important, but relative to mostenterprises, a path to play a major role. Based on the organizational learning withbusiness performance directly connected to the role of theory carding deepenorganizational learning and corporate performance theory, laid the theoretical foundation for the improvement and development of China’s enterprise system, butalso for enterprises to improve their performance effectively method to increase thecompetitiveness of enterprises. This paper studies methods literature search method,theory of deductive reasoning method, ERP analysis, case interview, the generaltheory of system dynamics analysis, questionnaire sample survey, charts law.The second chapter is a literature review, summarize and analyze the latestliterature, brief analysis of the strengths and limitations of the various theories.Systematic review of organizational learning, business performance, system quality,and other basic theory, the theoretical part of the regulatory role, and the systematicreview and analysis of the regulatory role of the meaning and role model theory,organizational learning at home and abroad, the organization learning dimension. Inthe theoretical part of the enterprise performance, review and analysis of thedefinition of enterprise performance, theory and development of corporateperformance, the dimension of the enterprise performance. Select appropriate amendments to the survey scale.Select different types of enterprises in China, electronic survey form sent by mailScale items of the survey devoted to the analysis based on the pre-test questionnaire,more scientific scale validity and reliability of the survey detection, and improve the survey scale, and provide scientific data for further analysis.Combined with the data of Chapter IV,Chapter V assumptions of statistical tests.Through a formal survey to test the assumptions presented in this article.
