So, we shoulddraw lessons from the undisputed first charity powers-the United States experience, and combining withthe actual situation of our country, after the comparative analysis, seek for the feasible construction of thetransparency on the third income distribution in our country.Paper overall use literature study, comparative study and empirical study on the method of combiningthe transparency of the third income distribution in China and the United States from the "softenvironment" to the "hardware", from "macro management" to "micro management",which fourdimensions are compared. Then by utilizing the method of game analysis on the reasons of the gap betweenChina and the United States are further analyzed. Finally on the basis of the comparison and analysis,themacro strategy, the specific strategies and international integration are constructed on the transparency ofthe third income distribution of China.
