High intensity D-T fusion neutron generator is an extremely important quasi-single fast neutron source.With the developed of the neutron generator,the operation and safety of the pulse system is one of the important issues that need to be paid attention.In this paper,based on the extensive research and in-depth study on the development of deuterium-tritium neutron generator and pulse system design and control methods at home and abroad,aiming at the Institute of Nuclear Safety Technology,Chinese Academy of Sciences,HINEG(High Intensity D-T Fusion Neutron Generator)pulse system design and control methods of key technical issues to complete the High intensity D-T fusion neutron generator pulse system to complete the overall design and control system key technology research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The architecture of the multi-dimensional redundant digital control method of High intensity D-T fusion neutron generator pulse system is completed;This paper presents a method of orthogonal intersecting phase isolation to ensure the accuracy and stability of the control signal transmission.;Analyze the ripple generation mechanism and the suppression method of the main high voltage DC power supply;The multi-variable coupling problem between the resonant circuit and the power method circuit in the high frequency system,and the control method of the pulse system is verified by reliability analysis.The design of the HINEG pulse system,including the design of the high frequency system,the cutter,the buncher,the power amplifier circuit and the design method of the resonant circuit,are completed according to the target of the pulse system parameters.According to the requirements of the parallel control system and the parallel control system,the architecture of the multi-dimensional redundant digital control method of the pulse system is established,and the quantitative modeling and analysis method of the reliability index of the neutron source control method is developed.Based on the fault tree analysis The established control strategy greatly improves the reliability of the neutron source control system.Then,based on the study of amplitude and phase stability control of pulse system,IQ modulation and amplitude loop and phase loop design are used to solve the problem of amplitude and phase control.It is easy to be disturbed by noise in the complex environment of the pulse system control signal and the high voltage and strong magnetic field,and the orthogonal phase isolation interference signal is designed to ensure the stability of the control signal transmission.Finally,the fuzzy neural network algorithm is used to study the multivariable control method between the resonant circuit and the power amplifier circuit of the high frequency system in the pulse system.The reliability analysis of the design method of the whole High intensity D-T fusion neutron generator pulse system is carried out,and the reliability of the system is verified by the establishment of the fault tree and the Delphi method.In this paper,High intensity D-T fusion neutron generator as a platform,the pulse system design and control methods for a fruitful study,effectively protect the safety and operation of HINEG.
