The seismic wave propagation in saturated porous media was studied based on the component model in this thesis. The studied was supported by the NSFC No.40874052'Theory of Seismic Wave Propagation in solid saturated porous media based on the equivalent mechanical model'.Component model, which was proposed by Professor Niu Bin-Hua,was one kind of effective medium model to describe the seismic wave propagation in porous media. It mainly contained two parts of contents, which were used to study the seismic wave propagation in porous media and component elastic parameters inversion. The relations between porosity and its effects to seismic wave propagating in them were analyzed. They contained the information from pore and pore fluid existed in the seismic wave, and the effects to seismic wave from pore and pore fluid. In component model, the elastic properties of components, which were framework material and pore fluid, and the overall porous media were connected by the porosity. The critical porosity was introduced to define the microscopic structure characteristics of the rock then the relation between the component and overall porous materials was constructed. The relation contained the forward with the elastic characters of the components, such as the elasticity and viscosity of the framework material and pore fluid,to construct the elastic characters of the overall porous media in macroscope, which were used to study the seismic wave propagtion in them. The effects of each component to the overall elasticity could be analyzed quantitatively.the component model could be combined with the classic viscoelastic model and anisotropic model and it would support a new way to study the wave propagation in complicated porous media. In component model, the relations between the seismic wave propagation and the pore and pore fluid were not only used to study the seismic propagation in porous media, but also could be used to invert the elastic properties of component in microscope. While the scale of the rock was short compared with the wave length, the viscosity and anisotropy of the rock could be ignored, for example in the rock sample velocity measuring and logging, the elastic properties of the component could be inverted by using the overall elastic parameters.4 overall elastic parameters were used in the inversion, which were porosity, overall density, overall S wave velocity and P wave velocity.12 component elastic parameters were inverted, which contained 5 from framework material,4from the critical element and 3 from the pore fluid.Only 7 overall component parameters were independent. In this thesis, the component elastic parameters were inverted by the process including sorting, calculating and statistic method. The effects of sorting and weighted inversion was discussed while inverting the water saturated limestone samples, and the results developed the process. At last, the distribution of component elastic parameters in CX well was inverted and the fluid distribution was discussed...
