Recently,the nano-and micro-optics become a hot point in optics and even physics.The nano-and micro-optical structure can be used to integrated control the photon.So,it has important applications in both communications and computation science.Therefore,the research of the application of micro-nano photonics to classical and quantum photons is of great significance.Recently,the dielectric optical cavity and surface plasmon structure have become the two most influential research directions in micro-nano optics.The surface plasmon is the electronic density wave located in the metal surface,in essence,it reflects the excitation of the electromagnetic field on the metal surface.Its field distribution is greatly affected by the nature of the metal surface.Therefore,it is usually possible to customize the properties of the field by customizing the shape of the metal structure.At the same time,the excitation of surface plasmon has the characteristics of subwavelength,which provides an excellent platform for the integration of optical devices.On the other side,the dielectric cavity,especially the whispering-gallery mode of the dielectric cavity,provides us with an excellent photon localization method.The strongly localized photons can increase the interact efficiently of the photons with other media,which greatly reducing the disadvantage that photons can not interact with other systems.Based on this,we have investigated the surface plasmon resonance structure and the whispering gallery mode of the dielectric cavity in our study.The main contents of our study are the coupling between dielectric cavity and surface plasmon mode and mechanical oscillation.Based on the coupled mode theory and numerical simulation,we studied the mode intensity modulation of these cavities,which is of great significance to realize the coupling between photons and multi-level atoms in the future.Then we studied the optical modulation under the interaction of multiple degrees of freedom in the system.Because the optical properties of the system can usually be real-time controlled,this is extremely important for achieving high-speed optical controllable device.
