In today 's technological world, the consumers are the most sensitive to the quality and per-formance of the products, and hence the manufacturers should make sure that their products satisfy the expected quality.Due to the increasing complexity of modern time equipment and general awareness about quality and especially safety issues and the assessment of system per-formance has significance function to improve the quality of the products.Other measures have been used to indicate the performance of the system such as availability as well as steady-state availability and so on.For the non-repairable system, reliability is an important performance measure.A different model has been formulated for determining the appropriate level of in-spection time to the manufacturing process, which is useful for manufacturers who are naturally concerned about profits and minimizing the cost of production. The model design aims to re-duce the total expected cost and has general applicability to various manufacturing operations where repairable systems have been applied to guarantee the maintenance and sustainability of the economic system. This study is conducted to show maintenance as a combination of technique and administrative action intend to retain an item or restore to the state system in which it may perform a requi-red function. It provides crucial support for heavy and capital intensive to the industry to keep machinery and equipment system in safety long-term profitability with competitiveness for an organization. The assimilation of maintenance management could increase the availability as well as the reliability of the system and optimal performance due to many policies that correla-ted with the high maintainability techniques. It has shown that the time to failure and repair time are modeled as random variables.By the systems where failures are not announced to themsel-ves,the common practice is to apply the inspection interval to the system to detect every failure of the system. From the machinery to the maintenance action procedures, the regular to the in-spection time intervals must be described such that the general financial profit to this activity must be maximized to consider direct and indirect cost as long as to support the functional health of the system components. The main results obtained in this research work, suggested that the instant system availability of repairable system has to be studied by using renewal equation. The initial monotonicity of availability system has been proved, and the lower bound as well as the average availability of the system have been derived too.The availability of two systems has been compared based on the failure rate, and classification of life distributions.Different examples have been applied and result shown a higher accuracy and efficiency of availability system. It is also shown that main-tenance process has a prominently significant issue in the business for a long time to guarantee the availability of the system.Again results have demonstrated that the limiting average of the availability system has significant value and specifically the failure finding interval time is too small where the maximum for average availability system is obtained and providing availability of 0.9997 which is assumed to be accurate. However, the main novelties mentioned in this study,it is the first time initiative to analyze the instant system availability;the lifetime, repair time, and financial issue to these are used into the maintenance research process.Hence different models have been applied in this research study, and numerical examples for explanation in details have been presented and executed by MATLAB software which has been considered within different contexts to meet the objectives of this work and proving the sig-nificant consideration of the system component and downtime caused by inspection time for availability system.
