We consider backreacted AdS5 × S5 coupled with Nf flavors introduced by D7-branes.In this paper,we consider two situations:the entanglement entropy(EE)of backreacted AdS5×S5 coupled with Nf massive flavors at zero temperature;the EE of backreacted AdS5×S5 coupled with Nf massless flavors at non-zero temperature.The backreacted geometry is in the Veneziano limit with fixed Nf/Nc.The temperature of this system is related to the event horizon at rh.By dividing one of the directions into a line segment with length l,we get two subspaces.We will calculate the holographic entanglement entropy(HEE)between the two subspaces respectively.Since the EE is divergent in the UV region,and the divergent term is dependent on the UV cut-off.We will calculate the cut-off independent part of the EE by comparing the difference of the EE of the connected minimal surface with the disconnected one.We find that AdS5 ×S5 coupled with Nf massive flavors at zero temperature shows no confinement/deconfine-ment phase transition from holographic entanglement entropy point of view since the difference between the entanglement entropy of the connected minimal surface and the disconnected one does not change sign:there exists confinement/deconfinement phase transition phenomenon near the horizon since the difference between the entanglement entropy of the connected minimal surface and the disconnected one changes sign.
