Along with the development of steel strip for automobile and household appliance,tinplate,high-grade coated steel and other advanced products of cold-roll steel strips,people pay more attention to the steel strip surface micro-topography functional effect,such as optical and adhesion effect besides its basic functions required,such as its carrying ability,corrosion resistance and strength.According to this,this paper employs the methods of mathematical statistics,numerical simulation and experiment to make in-depth study on the rolling transfer fabrication,optical and adhesion effect of steel strip surface micro-topography.(1)This paper studies the surface micro-topography processed by electro-discharge texturing,shot blast texturing,laser texturing,and grinding,and makes measurement and contrastive analysis for the micro-topography of steel strip produced by rolling transfer.In the study of the two-dimensional profile of surface micro-topography,the Fourier Series is used and the two-dimensional profile is randomly generated by employing the statistical law of Fourier Coefficient.Moreover,the reconstructed model of three-dimensional surface micro-topography of statistical significance is established by combing the two-dimensional profile together.(2)Considering the low efficiency of solution by Element-free Galerkin method,the efficient element-free calculation method is carried out for plastic deformation in the temper rolling process.In the case of two dimension,the flow function is employed in Element-free Galerkin Method in the process of calculation;in the case of three dimension,the value is obtained by limiting the freedom degree on a separated node basis through using the boundary conditions.Taking the two-stand temper rolling in certain factory for example,the press-in and extrusion models for the contact of real rough surface in the microscopic is established based on the reconstructed model of surface micro-topography.Besides,by combining with the solving model of plastic deformation for steel strip,the rolling transfer fabrication model of steel strip’s surface micro-topography in the process of temper rolling is established.(3)As for the optical effect requirements of surface for the tinplate,make indexation for the users’ demand and quantify the target value of the surface glossiness for tinplate.According to the measurement principle of glossiness,thecalculation model for the metal surface glossiness is established,and it isdiscovered that the surface material of the steel strip and its micro-topographyaffects the reflection of light and determines the surflace glossiness.The influencelaw of roughness and peak density parameters for the micro-topography oftinplate on the surface glossiness is obtained.Taking into account the study results,the quality of products can fully satisfy the user’s requirements by controlling themicro-topography of work roll and optimize the technological parameter oftemper rolling.(4)As to the requirements for the adhesion effect of steel strip surface,it isproposed that the complex flow of initial liquid on the surface micro-topographywould affect the adhension strength of the coating.Moreover,the Multi-phasedLattice Boltzmann Method Model is established so as to make simulated analysisfor the liquid on the surface micro-topography processed by electro-dischargetexturing,shot blast texturing,laser texturing,and grinding,as well as thecomplex flow on the roughen surface done by electro-discharge texturing ofdifferent roughness.It is found that coating adhesion on the roughen surface doneby electro-discharge texturing is the largest,and the higher the roughness,thelarger the coating adhesion.The coating adhesion on the roughen surface ofdifferent roughness done by electro-discharge,as well as different processingmethods,are analyzed through experiment,and the experiment shows the sameresult as the stimulation.
