Study On The Total Syntheses Of Cephalo-Sporolides,Satosporin C And Crotogoudin

This dissertation aims at the total syntheses of Cephalosporolide B,(4R)-4-OMe-Cephalosporolide and (4S)-4-OMe-Cephalosporolide C; and study on the biomimetic total synthesis of Cephalosporolide C?E? F and Tenupyron; the total synthesis of the diterpenoid Crotogoudin and polyketide Satosporin C were also studied. It consists of the following four parts:Chapter 1. Applications of Olefin Metathesis Reaction in organic synthesis(Review)Developments and applications of Olefin Metathesis Reaction in organic synthesis have been introducted.Chapter 2. Total syntheses of Cephalosporolide B, (4R) and (4S)-4-OMe-Cephalosporolide CThe enantioselective synthesis of the nonenolide Cephalosporolide B has been efficiently accomplished with overall yield of 30%. Simultaneously, the biomimetic syntheses of the (4R)-4-OMe-cephalosporolide C and (4S)-4-OMe-cephalosporolide C have been also finished from Cephalosporolide B as a versatile biomimetic precursor. Additionally,the biomimetic total syntheses of Cephalosporolide C?E?F and Tenuipyron from Cephalosporolide B have been intensively studied.Chapter 3. Study on the Total Syntheses of Crotobarin and CrotogoudinStudy on the total syntheses of the novel diterpenoids Crotobarin and Crotogoudin was ongoing via oxidative dearomatization and intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction to build the core skeleton of the natural products.Chapter 4. Study on the total synthesis of Satosporin C.The core skeleton of the novel polyketide Satosporin C has been built on the basis of double-Michael reaction protecting-group-free strategy. Further study on the total synthesis of Satosporin C is under way with simple modification of the synthetic precursor 4-2.
