Poly?amidoamine?dendrimers have attracted much attention in recent years because of their unique structure,low viscosity,large number of functional groups and large internal cavities.However,the complex synthetic process has greatly influenced their application.Hyperbranched poly?amidoamine?s?HPA?are similar to dendrimer while easy to synthesize,so they are more likely to be industrially produced.In this paper,several hyperbranched poly?amidoamine?with different functional groups were designed and synthesized,their terminal amino groups were modified to prepare derivatives.Among them,an amphiphilic star polymer?HPA-b-PCL?could be obtained by ring-opening polymerization of the terminal amino group initiated by cyclohexylactone,which could load the anionic and cationic guest molecules,and could separate the anions and cations from their mixture selectively.Thermosensitivity polymer?HPA?S?-IBAm?could obtained by reacting hyperbranched poly?amidoamine?contain disulfide bonds with isobutyric anhydride,and the thermosensitivity of HPA?S?-IBAm will disappear under the action of reducing agent,the influence on thermosensitivity and intrinsic fluorescence of thermosensitive HPA?S?-IBAm were discussed in this paper.After the acetylation of HPA?S?,the acetylated HPA?S??HPA?S?-Ac?could act as reductant and stabilizer to reducing chloroauric acid?HAuCl4?into fluorescein gold nanoclusters?HPA-AuNCs?.The synthesized HPA-AuNCs pocess good fluorescence stability and good biocompatibility,so the application in biological cell imaging has been studied in this paper.The hyperbranched poly?amidoamine?s containing azo groups in the backbone are also thermosensitive,but there is significant difference of thermosensitive properties between HPA?S?-IBAm and HPA?Azo?,and we have made some preliminary studies on the thermosensitivity and photo response of HPA?Azo?.Hope that follow-up work can continue to explore the application in different fields of synthesized polymers,such as biomedical nanocarriers,gene transfection and so on.
