The ultrasonic machining has a very prominent technological advantage for the machining of difficult machining material,which has been widely concerned by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.This paper tries to do some work on the precision machining of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel materials,research a 2D elliptic ultrasonic vibration turning device,which can be conveniently mounted on a lathe tool holder.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Study of elliptical vibration working head as machine tool accessory.Working head without carrying out any modification to the lathe,can be conveniently installed on the standard four knifes,single arm rated power 700W,maximum power 1000W,can achieve within the prescribed scope of arbitrary elliptic vibration type setting in the ultrasonic vibration plane.2.Study of optimal Buck converter.The model of non-ideal Buck converter with IGBT as power switch and CCM mode is proposed.The experimental results show that the model is of high accuracy.In order to evaluate the efficiency of Buck converter and the dynamic and static performance,MSEF parameters and EF model are successfully introduced.3.Linkage amplitude modulation and synchronous condenser.Using high speed and high precision arithmetic performance of DSP processor,according to the non ideal model of Buck converter,the linkage amplitude modulation speed,control high precision;through the DSP only clock source,flexible configuration module of dead zone and make a high accuracy of the synchronous condenser in the Double Vibrators,but also take into account the protection dead zone and the dynamic frequency process.4.Synchronous frequency tracking control.Successfully solve the problem of starting the lock problem based on PLL real-time frequency tracking control,find the solution to the problem of frequency tracking failure of PLL,and propose a fast current search algorithm for the synchronous frequency tracking scheme,this scheme is good,the mechanical structure of the consistency requirements is low,and the vibration mode is stable.5.In the process of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel material,the cutting experiment is carried out.The influence of cutting line speed,ultrasonic vibration mode on the machining quality,the chip and tool wear is summarized.When the optimal cutting line speed and proper elliptical vibration mode are selected,the surface finish of the workpiece is obviously improved,the chip is smooth and the tool wear is improved obviously.
