Synthsis Of Spirooxindole Compounds And Isophorone Compounds

This article mainly involves the constructing of spirooxindole compounds and the synthsis of isophorone derives,this paper mainly includes the following four parts:The first chapter:The spiro-oxindole compound,as a type of important natural products and drugs molecular skeleton,has aroused wide interest in chemistry workers,using different methords to construct spiro-oxindole ring skeleton is widely seen in literature reported in recent years.This chapter mainly introduces the types of skeleton development background of the architecture,we introduced different methods for the synthesis of this type of compound.The second chapter:This chapter mainly introduces the construction of a relatively rare spiro-oxindole type skeleton.Dicarbonyl compounds,as a kind of common double group compounds,can form active intermediates with tertiary phosphine.the intermediate is an excellent C1 synthon and can be used with another C2 C4 synthons to construct three member or five member product;isatin as a kind of common materials can be directly used to build the all-carbon spiro-oxindole product.Reduce annulation reaction between isatin and electron-deficient olefins was used to synthesize spiro-oxindole product successfully and the mechanism was explored.The third chapter:This chapter mainly expand the K-M intermediate involved inreactions,the substituted cycloprone has a large ring tension,using different strategy to synthesize these compounds have always been a relatively challenging task,In this chapter,different types of dicarbonyl compounds was tested in constructing substituted cyclopropane,the reactivity of Kukhtin—Ramirez intermediate was investigated and some substituted cyclopropanes were produced.The four chapter:This chapter mainly introduce the research of two important chemical products:isophorone and isophorone diisocyanate.The process of synthesis of isophorone is optimized and a much better result was achieved.A new synthesis method of isophorone diisocyanate was achieved.
