In the process of developing marine gas turbine device,we often confront such challenges as complexity of the system,stringency of targets and urgency of tasks,etc.Introducing system simulation technology to the flow of device modular design can effectively prevent development risk,save development cost and shorten development period.This paper has taken as research object the integrated simulation technology of marine gas turbine device,the domestic related research work for which was inadequate,and further discussed the key technologies and realization methods of the design,development and application of distributed integrated simulation platform.Specific research productions were as the following:First,having established the system of distributed integrated simulation platform of marine gas turbine device.Taking as basis the demands of device modular design that are met by system simulation services,it analyzed the functions and technical problems of platform and established the hierarchical architecture and operation framework of "server/compute nodes" for the platform.Comprehensive factors taken into consideration,it chose MATLAB/SIMULINK and HLA/RTI as the development environment of platform.In order to reuse the autonomous simulation model within the platform,it proposed that the encapsulation method of two-layer interface should be adopted.Second,having developed the modular model library of marine gas turbine device.It designed the tree topology structure of modular model library,which supports the reuse of autonomous simulation model and the distributed integrated simulation,according to the assembling relationships of actual physical structures of marine gas turbine device,considering the common method of volume inertia which is used for simulation research of gas turbine device.It analyzed the mathematical model of major components in model library and selected different development environments to establish the component simulation model,according to the actual condition of component mathematical model,which laid a foundation for the application of distributed integrated simulation platform.Third,having solved the technical problems of distributed integrated simulation of marine gas turbine device.Based on relevant theories of HLA technology and in combination with the actual condition of distributed integrated simulation of marine gas turbine device,it developed simulation object model,federation object model and federation execution data document,analyzed the corresponding relation among simulation model,simulation object model and federation member and solved the connection problem of autonomous simulation models.It set three time management rules for federation member who participates in the distributed integrated simulation and solved the time synchronization problem in simulation network.It designed the distribution program of regulative service functions for invoking HLA interface in callbacks of SIMULINK/S-Function and put forward the method of using"parametric variable" to encapsulate several RTI interface modules with different functions,thus solved the problem of unifying the simulation environment.Fourth,having accomplished the development of distributed integrated simulation platform of marine gas turbine device.It analyzed in detail functions and specific procedure realization algorithms of eight RTI interface modules,and designed "coding" procedure and"decoding' procedure to coordinate different needs of data producer,HLA/RTI and data consumer for data schema;it designed interactive class "information" and "order information"sheet to solve the problem that federation members are unable to query the simulation step of each other through RTI;based on the "order information" sheet,it designed the algorithm of receiving the reflection value of object instance properties to solve the problem that the data communications synchronize between federation members on the federation timeline;based on the OD variable specific heat system simulation model of a certain type of triaxial gas turbine,it carried on distributed integrated simulation experiment and the simulation result verified the effectiveness of RTI interface modules and the distributed simulation interface it established.It used MATLAB/GUI to design and develop the operation interfaces of other components of the platform.Fifth,having carried on the application research of distributed integrated simulation platform of marine gas turbine device.It took as research object the COGAG device and realized the research of distributed integrated simulation on the basis of SIMULINK/ADAMS coordination.Taking a certain type of triaxial gas turbine as the research object,it realized the research of distributed integrated simulation on the basis of SIMULINK/FLUENT coordination.The above distributed integrated simulation experiments respectively verified the feasibility of the platform to conduct multidisciplinary coupling analysis and simulation zooming.Based on referring the advantages of traditional modular integrated simulation technology,multi-software coordinated integrated simulation technology on the basis of multi interfaces and HLA distributed simulation technology,this paper established extensible architecture and operation framework of distributed integrated simulation platform of marine gas turbine device,according to which,it developed the distributed integrated simulation platform concretely.The final integrated simulation experiment verified the feasibility of the platform design.The research result of this paper can fully met the need for the simulation analysis of systematicness,multidisciplinary and multi-hierarchy in the process of developing marine gas turbine device,thus providing technical support for the development,promotion and application of the device.
