The modern civil aviation industry has become extremely important in the field of domestic economic development and it has also played a powerful role in the economy promotion,society development.However,the civil aviation wireless communication has been facing more and more threats to dedicated bands,due to the increasing of radio stations,airports,air lines and flights,which also has negative impacts on the safety of the national economy,the civilian life and the property.In this situation,a wider,cheaper and quicker interference localization method seems necessary to guarantee the civil aviation communication safety.To fulfill the needs,the interference localization through aircraft scattered signals is chosen as the study background.Based on bounded nonlinear covariance(BNC),correntropy and cyclic correntropy(CCE),the estimation and tracking methods for different parameters,such as direction of arrival(DOA),Doppler frequency shift(DFS)and ADS-B time delay,are addressed in the presence of alpha-stable distribution noise,together with the civil aviation interference localization methods.The detailed conclusions and contributions are listed in the following four main parts.(1)The estimation and tracking of DOA under stable distribution noise is fully studied.A novel concept BNC is proposed to handle the non-convergence of the second-order statistics under alpha-stable distribution conditions.Relative properties,especially the convergence property,are theoretically proved.To deal with the performance deterioration of the conventional multiple signal classification(MUSIC)algorithm under impulsive noise,BNC-MUSIC is proposed based on the Cauchy Score function.It is more robust to impulsive noise and more adapative.Besides,to conquer the degradation of the conventional projection approximation subspace tracking(PAST)algorithm in the presence of alpha-stable distribution noise,a series of robust PAST-like algorithms are addressed They track the DOAs more quickly and accurately.These robust methods not only enrich the relative theories and applications of BNC,but also realize high accurate DOA estimation and tacking.(2)The frequency estimation under both stable distribution noise and co-channel interference is fully studied.A novel concept termed cyclic correntropy is proposed as the extension of correntropy to solve problems such as the deterioration of existing methods under impulsive noise.Meanwhile,cyclic correntropy spectrum(CCES)is also presented.Besides,the existence of CCE for amplitude modulated signals as well as the relationship between the cyclic frequency and the carrier frequency is theoretically proved.Meanwhile,a novel frequency estimation method based on CCES is addressed as well.In addition,compressive sensing is introduced to face the needs in the practical storing and transferring of CCES.These methods not only solve the problems of frequency estimation and spectrum storage considering co-channel interference and alpha-stable noise simultaneously,but also realize high accurate Doppler frequency estimation for aircraft scattered signals.(3)The estimation of automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B)latency is fully studied.An estimation method based on a novel adaptive filtering algorithm named extended recursive maximum correntropy is proposed for slow-change ADS-B time delay and EX-RMC could estimate the state of time variant linear systems.Then,a robust ADS-B time delay estimation method based on correntropy for constant ADS-B message time delay within a short period.These two ADS-B time delay estimation methods help to correct the flight information of aircrafts.(4)The interference localization problem through aircraft scattered signals is fully studied.In order to better the accuracy of the existing localization method based on maximum correlation,the weighted centroid based methods is proposed.Considering the locations of the initial reference points and the resistence to noise,a correntropy based localization method is also proposed and it employs regular triangles to zone the monitored area.These methods complete the interference localization theory and realize the interference localization through aircraft scattered signals.
