Ecotourism in forest becomes the best way for the urban people to pursue the healthy life,therefore,the research and evaluation on ecological health functions of forest is essential for people to understand the utility of forest and to arrange the tourism plan,as well as to protect the forest environment and to maintain ecological balance.The research object in this program was the Phyllostachys pubescens forest in Fuzhou Qishan Forest Park,where the program observe the daily change and seasonal change of elements of ecosystem,such as the elements of microclimate,the air particle concentration,the volume and type of volatile organic compounds,and the oxygen level.Comparing with the air environmental factors in Fuzhou Wuyi Square near the Phyllostachys pubescens forest,the program analyzed the observation results,and evaluates the ecological benefits and the health functions through the animal experiments.The research results were as follows:1.The research on the microclimate change in whole year: except the relative humidity,the temperature,wind speed and illumination intensity inside the forest were lower than the forest edge.The overall comfort inside the forest was better than the edge in whole year.As for the microclimate changing indicators inside and outside forest,the illumination intensity in the spring and winter were higher than in fall and summer;inside the forest,the average wind speed in the fall was the highest and the summer was the lowest;at the edge of the forest,the average wind speed in the fall was the highest,and the spring was the lowest;the change of the temperature inside the forest was same as the edge,the highest was in the summer,and the lowest was in the winter;in regard to the relative humidity,the highest was in the summer,and the lowest in winter.However,the overall comfort index inside the forest was different from the edge.Inside the forest,the winter was the worst,and the spring was the best.At the edge of forest,the winter was the worst,and the summer was the best.The temperature changes in a day inside and outside forest,the lowest was at the7:00 and 3:00~5:00,and the highest was at the 13:00;the relative humidity changed,the highest was at 7:00 or 19:00~23:00,and the lowest was at 11:00~13:00;the wind speed in a day,the highest was at 11:00~13:00 or 1:00~3:00,and the lowest was at 7:00,5:00 or 19:00;the illumination intensity changed was a single peak change,the hig h point was at 11:00~13:00,there was no illumination during the night.Regarding to t he comfort index inside and outside forest,it was uncomfortable in fall,and was extre me uncomfortable in winter;it was comfortable throughout the day in spring and in su mmer.2.In regard to the particle concentration inside and outside forest in whole year,the annual average concentration of four sizes particle inside forest was lower than outside.The TSP and PM10 inside and outside forest in fall and winter was higher than in spring and summer.In spring,the peak of the particle concentration were at 13:00,19:00 and 23:00;the low was at 7:00~9:00,15:00,21:00 or 1:00~3:00.In summer,the peaks and the lows were at the same time inside and outside forest.The both lows were at 9:00,and the four peaks were at7:00,19:00,1:00 and 5:00.In winter,the four peaks both inside and outside forest were at 7:00,19:00,1:00 and 5:00,and three lows were at 3:00,15:00 and 21:00.3.In spring,the types and quantity of volatiles were the largest in whole year,and the winter was the smallest.The concentration of volatiles in summer was the highest in whole year,and the winter was the lowest.As for the overall TVOCs diurnal changed,in four seasons,the peaks were at 11:00~13:00,15:00~17:00 or 3:00~5:00,and the lows were at 7:00 and 23:00.Regarding to the specific TVOCs diurnal change,in summer and winter,the peak was at 9:00,and the peak was at 13:00~15:00 in spring and fall;the low in spring and summer was at21:00~23:00,and the low in fall was at 17:00,in winter at 7:00.4.In four seasons,the oxygen level inside Phyllostachys pubescens forest was higher than outside,which reach the peak at spring and the low at winter.The peaks in four seasons were at13:00(spring,summer and winter),9:00(fall),1:00(winter),and 5:00(spring,summer and fall),and the lows were at 7:00,21:00~23:00 or 5:00.5.The FHCI of Phyllostachys pubescens forest in summer and fall was higher than in spring and winter.In spring,the peaks of FHCI were at 7:00 and 23:00,and the lows were at15:00 and 3:00.In summer,the FHCI peaks were at 7:00,21:00 or 3:00,and the lows were at9:00 or 5:00.In fall,the daily Air Health Index was medium or low in whole season.In winter,the Air Health Index in more than 63% days were at low leve.6.The animal experiment showed that,the total movement distance,the distance in central grid,the central grid dwell time,the standing frequency,the weight and the volume of stool of the experimental mice in Phyllostachys pubescens forest were higher than the mice living indoors.The experiment results showed that the Phyllostachys pubescens forest environment was useful to improve learning,memory,exploration and cognitive abilities of mice.Comparatively analyzing the environmental factors in both experimental conditions,the finding showed that,the environmental condition in Phyllostachys pubescens forest was significantly better than indoors condition,and the Phyllostachys pubescens forest was suitable for the development and utilization for human health functions.Through comparative analysis and evaluation on the annual,seasonal,daily changes of environmental factors inside and outside Phyllostachys pubescens forest,combining with the animal experiments,this program will provide suggestions and developmental directions for the development and building of the tourism Phyllostachys pubescens forest.
