| Objective:This study aims to explore the Chinese medicine academic thought origin of Jiang Chunying, summarize her academic thought and clinical experience of Anorectal Surgery of TCM, and improve our clinical experience at last.Methods:1 Follow the teacher in clinical diagnosis; observe seriously of the teaeher's four diagnostic methods and take notes carefully.2 Study the teaeher's works:"New Theory of Anorectal Diseases", "Research progress of anorectal diseases"etc.and published articles.Study seriously and deeply understand the teachers academic thought.3 Read the four classics of TCM and the pediatrics of TCM ancient books.Combine the essence of classic TCM and teacher'clinical experience.Excavate teacher's academic thought origin deeply.4 Retrieve literature related about Anorectal Surgery of TCM, and study these TCM professors' academic characteristics of Anorectal Surgery to make preparations for the excavation work followed.5 Arrange and analysis the concept of Hemorrhoids Point and conduct clinical research on the operation method of external stripping plus internal ligaturing on Hemorrhoids point,and then test the curative effeets of this kind of treatment.Research results and conclusions:The main content of this thesis is divided into three Parts.Part 1 Summary of the Chinese medicine academic thought origin of Jiang Chunying and related opinions of other Anorectal Surgeon of TCM.Explore the Chinese medicine academic thought origin of Jiang Chunying by reading the classics of Chinese Medicine and ancient books of TCM pediatrics.Elaborate how Professor Jiang Chunying form her academic thought and achieve today's achievements, discuss how Professor Jiang gain her rich clinical experience and the relationship of Professor Jiang and other Anorectal Surgeon of TCM.Find the ideas and methods in inheriting Professor Jiang's academic thought and clinical experience. Professor Jiang graduated from Laiyang Medical College. She studied under the tutelage of Director Han Changtai and Professor Huang Naijian during work, and her master guided her to read classical Chinese medicine and to systematically study the theory of Anorectal Surgery of TCM. Professor Jiang thinks highly of differentiation of Zang and Fu,and that the six external factors which cause diseases is very important in anorectal diseases.
