The study aims at discussing the influence of karate training toward participants’ health index and how to use the concept of innovating aerobics training in order to develop their body, mind and spirit in an equilibrium way and achieve the purpose of preserving their health. The objects of the study are the aero-karate trainees in Taiwan. The study uses purposive sampling doing SF-36 questionnaires. There are 485 effective quantification questionnaires returned. At the same time, the study also uses fitness detection to understand the actual influence degree of trainees participating in aero-karate. There are 80 trainees in the experiment. The study uses descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one way ANOVA, and correlation analysis to prove study hypotheses and discuss the results. The study finds that different gender and age of trainees are significantly different on the healthy self-assessment. The professionalization degree of interviewees participating in aero-karate is significantly related to the healthy self-assessment, showing that the higher professionalization degree of the interviewees, the better their health condition. The physical fitness of the trainees participating in aero-karate is much more different and better than the time they haven’t participated in aero-karate. Among the factors, cardiorespiratory fitness is the most significant. In the preserving health part,90% of the interviewees think that aero-karate is significantly effective in preserving ones’health.
