transverse prod method,the clinical curative effect of treatment of posterior circulation ischemia,standard stitch operation,the system perfect stitch system,makes it become a kind of mature therapy for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia diseases.Methods:This study of 76 patients with posterior circulation ischemia randomized controlled observation,all the patients signed the informed consent,and according to the the Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria,choice of cases included in eliminate standard strict screening.76 patients with posterior circulation ischemia were 38 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 38 cases.Both groups were given routine nursing and symptomatic treatment,western medicine control group using conventional acupuncture therapy and treatment group by using an horizontal pricker treatment for a course of 3 weeks.Result:(1)Before and after the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vertigo symptom quantization integral comparison,the two groups can be that the treatment group compared with control group in the first two group difference,p>0.05;TCM vertigo symptom integral two group were symptoms,is a effective method for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia.(2)The transverse pricker method treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo has good clinical efficacy.(3)The horizontal method of pricker therapy can improve clinical symptoms of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,dizziness and systemic symptoms improved better than that in control
