Objective: The comprehensive application of multi modal image analysis method of breast cancer and its related biological indicators,using conventional imaging methods and new means were evaluated for the diagnosis of breast cancer and related biological indicators and common sense,and then to explore the relationship between KDM3 A and protease group common markers ER,PR,HER2 and clinical expression meaning,in order to provide a new reference for prognosis and treatment of breast cancer.Methods:1)The mammographic features,related features and related biological indexes of ER,PR and HER-2 were analyzed retrospectively in 243 cases of breast cancer,and the correlation between mammographic features and ER/PR/HER2 expression in breast cancer was discussed.2)A total of 46 cases of breast cancer specimens by cone beam breast CT scan laboratory design,each patient was within six months of mammography,observed: breast tumor boundary,shape,calcification,infiltration around the.To compared the correlation index and the gold standard.3)By immunohistochemistry,to analysis in invasive breast cancer and the clinical pathological parameters of KDM3 A in the tissue level,estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and HER2 and KDM3 A analysis of patients with invasive breast cancer survival rate.Results: 1)The mammography performance: more than pure mass in Luminal type A;More than simple calcification in Luminal B type and HER2 expression;Local density with calcification and structure distortion with calcified lesions found in HER2 expression type.Calcification of breast cancer and ER,PR,the relationship between HER2 expression.Its ehrs,LuminalB breast cancer-2A pure calcification proportion is more,HER2 type overexpression of calcification of breast cancer much more than A tiny type,regional distribution,Luminal type A calcification of breast cancer in order to finalize the design and not small polytypism.2)There were no statistically significant differences in calcification,burr and morphological examination between the two methods of mammography and pyramidal tract breast CT.There was a statistically significant difference in the aggressiveness of invasive breast cancer.3)KDM3A protein was highly expressed in breast cancer,and the expression of KDM3 A in breast cancer tissues was not significantly different from the patient's age,clinical stage,pathological grading,lymph node metastasis,tumor size(P>0.05).The expression of KDM3 A protein in breast cancer was positively correlated with the expression of HER2,and negatively correlated with the expression of ER and PR protein.In combination with multivariate analysis,clinical stages,PR,and KDM3 A may be considered as a combination of breast cancer survival.Conclusion: 1)The digital X-ray findings of breast cancer can predict its molecular subtypes to a certain extent,and provide an imaging basis for clinical treatment and prognosis.It has potential clinical application value.2)The parameters of the current condition of cone beam CT(CBCT)in breast invasive breast cancer has certain advantages,and did not show obvious advantages for breast cancer and calcification of the boundary,but its location advantage is obvious,this is we need a breakthrough point for further research of the pyramidal tract the application of CT in clinical breast still need more practice.3)In invasive breast cancer,the expression level of KDM3 A is independent of the expression level of ER,PR and HER2.The detection of the protein expression has a certain significance to judge the prognosis of patients,and provides a new indicator for the prognosis of invasive breast cancer.
